越式香雞沙律 (Viet-Style Chicken Salad)
沙律配上雞絲同花生，再以越式酸辣汁作調味，酸辣嘅味道極為開胃，而加入菠蘿後味道更加清新。
The salad is topped with shredded chicken and peanuts. Together with the Vietnamese sauce, the sourness and spiciness are extremely appetizing. The taste is more refreshing after added with sliced pineapple.

印度烤雞肉 (Chicken Tikka)
烤雞肉好大件，而且啖啖肉，令人好滿足。而且印度式嘅烤雞味道帶微辣，極為惹味，可以適當地蘸上醬汁令味道更香。
The chicken tikka is in large sliced, which is very satisfying. It tastes slightly spicy and gives an Indian-style of tangy flavour. You can dip the sauce or lemon juice according to your preference too.

由雞同醬汁就可以見到依碟唔係正宗嘅海南雞飯，但味道又比想像中好。飯都係選用返雞油飯，雞嘅質感好嫩滑，而且配上醬汁一齊食令人感覺將泰式風味帶入海南雞飯咁，幾有驚喜。
Just from the chicken and the sauce, you can say that this is not a bowl of authentic Hainanese chicken rice, but the outcome is better than what we have expected. The choice of rice is the same as the ordinary one, and the chicken is smooth and tender. It tastes mouth-watering when you dip the chicken with the sauce, and it brings the flavour of Thai into the Hainanese chicken rice.

家鄉濃香羊咖哩配黃飯和烤餅 (Malaysian Lamb Curry with Pulao Rice & Naan) $108
咖哩做得好出色，層次豐富且具有辣嘅後勁。羊肉唔算好羶，令更多人都接受到。黃飯嘅質感可以用鬆軟去形容，令人不自覺就食曬成碗。烤餅配咖哩簡直係絕配。
The curry is exquisite, as it has rich in layers and gives a spicy aftertaste. The gamy taste of lamb is not too strong, which we believe most people could accept it. The texture of Pulao rice is quite fluffy. Naan is a perfect match with curry.

用新鮮嘅士多啤梨炮製而成，所以味道好天然。而且士多啤梨嘅沙冰令飲料保持冷度，卻又唔會溝淡味道。
Strawberry Delight is made with fresh strawberry, that gives a natural flavour. The use of strawberry slushie keeps the drink in the low temperature without diluting the taste.
