午市套餐包括了餐湯或沙律，是次選擇了餐湯，是日的款式是蕃茄雜菜湯。這個湯給人一點驚喜，因為內裏還有很多蔬菜，不像平時很多餐廳的餐湯只有水
The lunch set includes a choice of soup or salad, and I opted for the soup of the day, which turned out to be a delightful tomato and vegetable soup, pleasantly surprising with its generous portion of vegetables, unlike the usual watery offerings at many other restaurants.
Egg Benedicts
Egg Benedicts很難做得很好，因為有時蛋黃會過份流心或太過熟，這個就做得剛剛好，旁邊的沙律菜也十分新鮮，不過略嫌荷蘭醬較少
Eggs Benedict is notoriously difficult to execute perfectly, as the yolk can often be overly runny or too well done. However, this dish was prepared to perfection, and the accompanying salad was exceptionally fresh, although the hollandaise sauce was a bit scant.

這個漢堡起用了竹炭包，所以顏色非常搶眼，而厚厚的牛肉漢堡扒充滿了肉汁，但又不會過份肥膩

New York Cheese Cake
紐約芝士蛋糕給人一個驚喜，因為只是一個跟餐的甜品，廚師也很花心思在餐碟上畫不同的圖案，而且蛋糕亦具水準，充滿芝士香味
The New York cheesecake, served as a refreshing conclusion to the meal, was a pleasant surprise. The chef put considerable effort into decorating the plate with various designs, and the cheesecake itself was of a high standard, exuding a rich cheesiness.
