名符其實嘅邪惡包,將紫菜包住微烤過嘅帆立貝同厚切鵝肝,鵝肝嘅油香在口內爆發,而烤過嘅帆立貝質感更黏口,又估唔到同鵝肝可以咁襯,此時沙律菜就發揮了解膩嘅作用。我哋極為推薦你試依款創意美食。
Scallop and a thickly sliced foie gras are wrapped with seaweed. Once you bite on it, the oily fragrant will penetrate into every part of your mouth. The scallop is slightly grilled that gives it a creamy texture and matches perfectly with the foie gras. The salad inside could neutralize the greasiness of the foie gras. We highly recommend you to order this during your visit.

用魚生飯砌成心形,再用心形嘅碗呈上,心氣十足。魚生用上甜蝦同切粒嘅吞拿魚、三文魚同鯛魚,特別之處係夾層加入蟹籽同魚鬆粉,令平時魚生飯給人嘅醋飯酸味嘅印象增添一點甜。
The sashimi rice bowl is formed in a heart shape and served with a heart-shaped bowl. Sweet shrimp, sliced tuna, salmon and snapper are used in the rice bowl. What makes this bowl special is the crab roe and the dried shredded fish in the middle layer, that gives some sweetness to the rice bowl.

海膽蟹籽杯實質係一個迷你版嘅魚生飯,海膽新鮮微甜,建議先將蟹籽攪拌均衡,能夠令每一口都品嘗到蟹籽嘅質感
This is a mini version of the sashimi rice bowl. The sea urchin is fresh with a slight sweetness. We recommend you to stir the crab roe with the rice before you consume it.

絕大部分嘅煮蜆都係用上清酒,而依到就反傳統用上胡椒豬骨湯。一開始以為胡椒豬骨湯會好濃搶過蜆嘅味道,但又估唔到胡椒嘅微辣同蜆可以咁搭配。
Most restaurants cook clam with sake, but Love Cafe has chosen to cook clam with pork and pepper soup. The soup matches well with the clam as the spiciness of the pepper would not cover the taste of clam.

又一反傳統傑作,將平時嘅金菇肥牛卷嘅金菇掉包做露筍同海老,外層嘅牛肉煎到好香脆,用鹽同底下嘅甜醬油稍作調味已經好入味。唯一嘅美中不足在於牛肉較多筋,但整體而言都係燒物之中最推薦。
Unlike the usual beef wrap with golden mushroom, it is replaced with asparagus and shrimp. The beef is crispy after pan-fried, and it tastes scrumptious after seasoned with salt and sweet soy sauce. This can be further improved by using a tender part of beef. Overall, this is the most recommended grilled dishes.

雞皮串燒燒到表面好脆,咬落去油份沾滿舌頭,只需簡單嘅調味,就已經將雞皮嘅味道得以提升。記得要快啲食,因為熱辣辣嘅時候油份係最美味。
The chicken skin skewer has a crispy texture on the surface, with oily fragrant once you bite on it. The salty flavour enhances the taste of chicken skin. Please consume right after it is served, as it tastes the best when it is hot.

雞軟骨串燒都係用上鹽調味,質感爽脆,頗有價格優勢。
Chicken cartilage skewers are seasoned with salt, it has a crispy texture. Also, it is price competitive when compared with other restaurants.
