為鼓勵食肆透過提供食物份量選擇和採取減少廚餘措施,與顧客共同從源頭減少廚餘,環境保護署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」計劃,參與食肆如符合評核準則將獲「咪嘥嘢食店」認可資格和獲發「咪嘥嘢食店」的標誌及標貼,以供張貼於店舖內和宣傳,供顧客識別。此計劃全年均接受申請,申請費用全免。

阿媽以前去開旺區某岀名餐館鋸扒,不過年紀大唔方便自己岀遠門,原來樓下街坊茶記平平地又近近地都鋸到個有質素嘅港式鐵板扒餐!我哋一份巨人西冷,一份巨人豬扒。名符其實,塊扒真係好大塊。西冷牛扒用迷迭香醃過,肉質鬆軟但唔會霉;豬扒脆邊連骨兩塊打孖上。配有黑椒/ 蒜蓉/ 洋蔥汁醬,鐵板本身已經有放上時蔬同波浪薯條,另可以選擇飯/ 意粉/ 薯菜。絕對巨人份量,好飽,飲埋杯凍奶茶少甜就真係捧住個肚。OG Hong Kong-style cha chaan teng steak/ pork chop on sizzling plate: gigantic portion and authentic taste. The steak had been marinated with rosemary and was tender. Double pork chops came with bones. Gravy of your choice: garlic/ onion/ black pepper. You can pair your meat with rice/ spaghetti or fries.
