Extremely crunchy French baguette, split lengthwise and stuffed with amazing ingredients: Vietnamese sausages, grilled pork belly, lettuce, pork floss, cucumber and pickled radishes. The beef pho tasted authentic and the warming soup reminded me of my time in Hoi An. Served with high quality beef slices and a bowl of mixed greens, lime and chillies.
Here they specialised in vermicelli in different colours too! I think they are flavoured with various vegetable juices. Next time I’d give them a try when I order dry mixed noodles (definitely gonna pick their grilled pork neck).
Three types of pandan jellies in the iced cendol coconut milk. They were shaped like pearls, worms and grass jellies. Lovely texture and a thirst-quenching dessert.
