Ordered two lunch set during a weekday lunch. Without booking ahead, we can easily secure seats in this place.The two sets were Stewed Beef Tongue ($218) and Poire Crispy Horsehead Fish ($228). They all served with Salad, Egg Custard, Pan-fried Scallop, Garlic Fried Rice, Miso Soup, Pickles and Homemade ice-cream.The thing I appreciated the most is that the price is very affordable taken all elements into consideration, including the quality of the ingredients, service, environment etc.It's stil

The thing I appreciated the most is that the price is very affordable taken all elements into consideration, including the quality of the ingredients, service, environment etc.

It's still newly opened when I visited this place and there are certain things that can be improved. For one, the stewed beef tongue is really not in good shape. The taste of it is so mild, I mean the meat itself. The strong taste only comes from the sauce. The presentation is good, but after the first bite, you know that the meats are not in good quality. For the seasonal salad, it's obvious to see that the raw veggies are not that fresh as some already turn black. It's a detailed area though. Also, for the garlic fried rice, it's incredibly oily. After finishing the whole bowl, you can still see the oil have covered the bottom of the bowl. And your lips are like having lip gloss.

If the above are being improved, I think this is a place worth coming again.
