Ordered two lunch set during a weekday lunch. Without booking ahead, we can easily secure seats in this place.
The two sets were Stewed Beef Tongue ($218) and Poire Crispy Horsehead Fish ($228). They all served with Salad, Egg Custard, Pan-fried Scallop, Garlic Fried Rice, Miso Soup, Pickles and Homemade ice-cream.

The thing I appreciated the most is that the price is very affordable taken all elements into consideration, including the quality of the ingredients, service, environment etc.

It's still newly opened when I visited this place and there are certain things that can be improved. For one, the stewed beef tongue is really not in good shape. The taste of it is so mild, I mean the meat itself. The strong taste only comes from the sauce. The presentation is good, but after the first bite, you know that the meats are not in good quality. For the seasonal salad, it's obvious to see that the raw veggies are not that fresh as some already turn black. It's a detailed area though. Also, for the garlic fried rice, it's incredibly oily. After finishing the whole bowl, you can still see the oil have covered the bottom of the bowl. And your lips are like having lip gloss.

If the above are being improved, I think this is a place worth coming again.

Came here during a weekday lunch hour. Usually during peak hours, you could expect wait for around 15 minutes for a table.
Its location is quite remote if you travel to here by MTR. But if you are working nearby (there are a lot of industrial building and decent office places in this area), this place is really convenient. Although there are more than 10 choices in this building, this one is unique given their quality, service and environment.

All the lunch comes with starters, drinks and desserts. Dishes are being nicely presented with eye-catching presentation. Using fresh ingredients, both the salad set and the beef don set is very on point. The price is of course one of the most expensive among others, but you would feel like all are worth it. Service is quite good too - even though there are a lot of customers to serve.

This place is really popular. There are tons of people lining up outside during lunch hour and also some waiting for the take-away.

Ordered two lunch sets. One is for BBQ and the other one is ready-to-eat.

I would say both are within expectations. No surprise though. The starters are only with limited choices and limited supply. Not really fall for this.

The soybean soup is a bit salty but I think it's meant to be as it's for you to paired with the rice.
The beef rice was fine - particularly enjoyed the soft-boiled egg served on top of the beef. The seasoning is more on the heavy side.

Came here during a weekday night without advance booking. No queuing is needed but it's around 85% full house.

Ordered 3 dishes including a raw Korean beef for BBQ, chicken soup and seafood fried noodles.

I would say it's a bit overpriced given that the portion is not super huge and the quality is not that outstanding. However, I would say the complimentary starters is inclusive into the relatively high price. There are a wide variety of starters, colourful and quite eye-catching! Taste is average that you could expect something similar in other Korean places.

In short, it's not a memorable experience and I would not come again given that there are quite a lot of choices nearby.

Came here during a weekday lunch hour. The environment is quite romantic! Unlike the usual Chinese dishes places with lots of bright lights, here is more on the dimming side. Seats and tables are being arranged in a decent way. The decoration is in good fashion. The first impression was positive.

Ordered a few types of dishes including dim sum, spicy noodles and stewed pork knuckles.

The complimentary starter is good, bit sour and served in cool temperature. The best one is probably the dim sum. You can see that it's being prepared freshly but not in bulk.

The worst is probably the pork knuckles. Tasteless at all and the meat is not tender enough. The flavour is only on the sauce, but not the meat itself. We have let the staff know about this, and they did not charge us for this dish for the bill. This is something we appreciate.

Overall quite a nice place if you are looking for a trendy place to enjoy traditional dim sum or Chinese food!

I would say I have certain expectation before visiting this place as this is one of the largest chain restaurant serving Vietnamese food in Hong Kong. Added to this, it's not rare to see people lining up outside this place during peak hours.

Came here during a weekday lunch time. Ordered two mains with Snacks. The overall impression is that the food is being prepared without heart and in poor quality. Does not live up with its reputation or business size. You can see in the photo that the Soft Shell Crab was in bad shape. Mostly comprised of only frying powder, tasteless. Let alone the presence of crab meats. I was not expecting juicy soft shell crab but not to the point to such a sad looking one.

The Beef is also in bad shape. The beef is sticking together, obviously it's been prepared long ahead and being left for a while. The noodles are being sticked together too. How much passion would there be serving such dishes? 

We came here during a weekday night. Saw that most of the diners are Indians and few of them are local people.

There are a number of places serving Indian cuisines so am sure one needs to be outstanding to survive in this area.

Overall, we enjoyed the Tandoori chicken the most, with the right amount of seasoning.

None of the dishes are overly spicy that we found comfortable about.

The price is relatively expensive as the portion of each dishes is quite small. Given that there's no complimentary drinks or desserts, I would say this price range does not attract us to come again next time. Although the place is really clean and tidy, it cannot justify the high price as the competition is keen neaby.

點左Hojicha Latte & Double pumpkin risotto with deep fried okra.
Hojicha Latte 細膩, 質感有厚度. 睇得出拉花有心思.

Risotto 新鮮即製, 兩條秋葵+兩塊南瓜, 熱騰騰! 飯都好creamy, 亦有口感, 滿滿既南瓜. $98 不算貴!

全晚最欣賞系員工既服務，態度親切亦貼心。

首先上菜既系餐廳自家製既竹炭麵包，熱騰騰亦鬆軟。好似可以再添。

點左輕烤麵豉漬三文魚＄１８８同埋和牛片Ｃａｒｂｏｎａｒａ＄１９８。

兩樣都不便宜，注意只系主食，無餐飲或餐湯。

三文魚皮不脆，相信系煎過皮，但不夠。內面既肉仍然有粉紅色，亦即不全熟。但三文魚是否刺身級級數，衛生情況下容許做到半生熟效果呢?

用既麵豉可以好夾，但浸住既湯略為太咸，配上櫻花蝦更咸。無其他配料，如薯蓉或蔬菜，所以份量好細。

和牛Ｃａｒｂｏｎａｒａ敗筆之處系太多芝士，多到蓋過所有肉味，亦非常滯。不明白大量既漏芝士對菜色有何提昇既作用。另外牛肉太大條又太長，根本系咬不開。牛肉既質素系被芝士既濃味蓋過晒，難以評估。

鋪頭系大街旁，又有大招牌，容易搵。

周圍大多系街市同港式餐廳，所以賣日式便當既鋪頭算突出。午餐時段要預等５至１０分鐘。

見倒廚房好忙，又切又煮又包，除左自取仲好似有不少外賣要送。

今次點左油甘魚刺身飯，＄７０一盒，無包括麵鼓湯。

５大塊油甘魚+不吝嗇既蟹子+酸薑+芥末，不錯！仲有少量擺盤，睇得出有花心思。飯都帶有少量醋，不會太滯。
