星期一晚上朋友約我於中環的利寶會館吃飯,商量要事。利寶會館是主打精緻中菜。我走進餐廳,便被高雅的裝潢和舒適的氛圍所吸引,而且位於中環黃金地段,相當得體。以下每一道都菜式都令人驚艷。作為前菜,脆皮牛腩配芥末非常特別。薄薄的外皮包裹著嫩滑的牛腩,與芥末的辣味形成了完美的平衡,讓人回味無窮。另外一道前菜,蟹籽燒賣皇,也非常令人印象深刻。用料十足的燒賣皇內含有豐富的鮮蟹肉和蟹籽,口感十分豐富。在湯品方面,花膠杏汁燉白肺是我最喜歡的一道菜式。這個湯足料,香氣四溢,杏汁味道更加豐富。主食方面,蠔皇南非鮑魚伴翡翠是一道非常精美的菜式。南非鮑魚經過精心烹調,口感柔軟,味道非常出色。另外,青花椒蒸斑件也非常嫩滑,配上微辣的青花椒味道更加豐富。台州豆腐莧菜煲則有著特別的香氣,豆腐和莧菜的味道融合在一起,味道十分清新。即燒脆皮乳鴿的外皮酥脆,內部多汁。最後,甜品方面,杏仁茶和酥皮蛋撻都非常好吃。杏仁茶味道香濃,口感滑順,而酥皮蛋撻的酥皮十分鬆軟,內裏的蛋液則非常濃郁。總體而言,利寶會館的菜式精美,味道非常好,讓人流連忘返。利寶會館的環境特別適合商務晚餐,並且提供多個房間供多人用餐,讓客人可以在舒適和安靜的環

On Monday night, my friend invited me to have dinner at Li Bao House in Central to discuss some important matters. Li Bao House specializes in exquisite Chinese cuisine. When I walked into the restaurant, I was immediately drawn to the elegant decor and comfortable atmosphere. Located in the prime area of Central, it is quite a nice place. Every dish was impressive.

As an appetizer, the crispy beef brisket with mustard was very special. The thin outer skin wrapped the tender beef brisket, and the spicy taste of mustard formed a perfect balance, leaving a lasting impression. Another appetizer, the steamed siu mai with crab roe, was also very impressive. The siu mai was full of ingredients and the filling contained plenty of fresh crab meat and roe, providing a rich and satisfying taste.

In terms of soup, the double-boiled fish maw soup with apricot kernels was my favorite dish. The soup was full of ingredients, with a rich aroma and the apricot kernel flavor added to the soup, making the taste more flavorful.

For the main course, the South African abalone with oyster sauce and vegetable was a very exquisite dish. The South African abalone was cooked carefully, with a soft texture and an excellent taste. Additionally, the steamed spotted garoupa fillet with Sichuan peppercorn was also very tender, with a slightly spicy flavor of Sichuan peppercorn, further enhancing the taste. The baked crispy skin pigeon was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, a very suitable dish for those who like bird meat.

Finally, for dessert, the almond tea and egg tart were both delicious. The almond tea had a rich aroma and smooth texture, while the flaky pastry of the egg tart was very soft, with a very rich egg filling.

Overall, Li Bao House's dishes were exquisite with excellent taste, leaving a lasting impression.
