經朋友介紹第一次去,鋪頭唔大,有預先訂位,坐吧枱。由師傅仔負責,都好專業。4位數有21味,非常好。擺盤又靚。生蠔大粒好味。魚肝creamy好味。蒸蛋有鮑魚同鵝肝,好正。有花個魚生點果個鼓油,嘩,十分好味。牡丹蝦個醬惹味。即場煙燻個魚,不得了。仲有大舊海膽,yummy。九件壽司加大件手卷,質素高呀。隔離枱有個後預多蝦其實都想試埋。啲羅白薑都好味過人。蝦湯超濃。最後甜品係蜜瓜,甜!生日都有驚喜㗎。坐餐枱同佢啲擺盤會唔同。好適合慶祝。用餐時間約2小時。 繼續閱讀

今次來到這家午市令人期待的店,正宗的Omakase午市套餐,仲可以係平民價錢之下感受高級日本美食!第一波上嚟就係一筆燒鱈魚乾,微焦的香味掛住鼻,一啖咬落去夠哂火候,咸香在舌尖爆開,真係一流👌。跟住入手嘅九貫壽司,每一件都係師傅嘅心機製作。每件壽司食落去都飽滿新鮮,魚肉甜美彈牙,薄薄嘅醋飯帶埋海鮮嘅鮮味,爽滑得嚟唔膩口💯。而個手卷,簡直完美結合了多種口感,一啖咬落各種味道層層疊出嚟,勁正!點少得個蒸蛋嚟round up成餐?綿滑嘅口感加上鮮甜海鮮嘅味道,每一啖都享受到無比滿足感。湯品嘅部分可能顯得普通啲,但為整餐清淡咗個口感,都無得輕視。最後嘅雪糕夠晒creaminess,豆腐嘅清香味帶領我哋完美結束今次嘅食旅。呢家午市Omakase無論係食物質素定係價格都係一個驚喜?下次想再按呢個價錢享受咁嘅美味,我會揀賞🍁枫之時再嚟。呢個體驗,正! 繼續閱讀

4th visit. First 3 times were great. Things have really changed this time around. Restaurant was empty. Only two tables of two for a Sat night including ours. Head chef did not serve us and he walked out in front of us 45 min into the dinner. Pretty shameful.Food was so-so and didn't taste especially fresh. The chef serving us didn't have the swag and showmanship and didn't create a true omekasen experience. If this was my first visit I'd never go back again... Wouldn't recommend at all. 繼續閱讀

Went there for one of my friends bday . First of all , the place was Beautiful. I loved how the chef prepared the uni in the shell so it’s good for photo ❤️Also had grilled fish . The umami within that fish was one of the best thing that I have ever tasted I cannot wait to come here again 繼續閱讀
