已經好耐都冇喺大角咀呢頭食飯,今日正好有事要黎呢邊處理七點左右搞掂,正好晚飯時間呢間西餐小店好的式,店內座位好少,起初見佢一個客都冇係有少少淆不過見佢咁平,都唔會高期望,都試下啦set dinner都幾多選擇,只要唔係太偏食都梗有一款揀到套裝除左有湯,仲有墨西哥粟米片脆口野搭配牛油果醬,我呢啲平時唔會食牛油果嘅人都點唔停因為唔係好想剧扒,所以要左個肉醬意粉呢度用嘅係扁意粉,my favourite~肉醬份量適中,味道算係淡口,番茄味都唔會over,真心覺得非常唔錯大人要左呢個係豬,雖然唔係超大塊,不過絕對夠飽好易切得開,亦都唔會重口味,大人對個意粉都係讚不絕口最後仲有兩杯飲品埋單先三舊水,有咁嘅質素已經值得喇 繼續閱讀

I love small family run restaurant. However, it's extremely difficult for them to compete with chain stores in Hong Kong. In order to attract customers, they must have speciality. Fusion with Hong Kong ingredients should be a selling point.Can you imagine Fried Dace (豆豉鯪魚) in spaghetti? Although the combination is odd but with attentive and serious cooking techniques, it is definitely delicious.Chief was extremely caring. The bones of the Dace were removed. Majority of the characteristic Fried Dace oil was removed & my mouth was not messed up by the oil. Well done! Plenty of Fried Dace blended with the cream sauce nicely.Most of the restaurant put blue mussels in their menu. This restaurant have green lipped mussels which is not usually seen.The mussels were beautifully arranged & they looked like a flower. You could see how attentive the chief was. The cream sauce was good. Although it only costed few dollars, most of the restaurant only give you few pieces of baguette. You will never able to clean up the delicious cream sauce on the plate. You don't need to worry in this restaurant......this is another evidence of the attentiveness of the chief.The home-made guacamole was OK, a little bit more salt & lemon juice will be better. The cream soup was sweet and belonged to Hong Kong style. Anyway, respectful!Service was good and attentive. Interior was cosy. The couple were friendly.Small family run restaurant with attentive & serious attitudes is the best place to enjoy good food. 繼續閱讀

周末下午走訪大角咀,比佢個menu吸引左:豆豉鯪魚忌廉意粉!豆豉鯪魚黎整意粉,真係意想不到。雖然等既時間耐d, 不過店主都好有心機咁煮。食落果然唔錯,個味都幾夾。 繼續閱讀

兩口子到大角咀亂逛,見到這間很「骨子」的cafe,老闆娘(我估)見我們在睇餐牌,笑面迎人的叫我地試下,就即管試試。叫了一客蒜片大蝦檸檬意粉,一客迷迭香蜜糖煎雞扒意粉,出乎意料之外的好食。我們坐低之後一直得我地一枱,心裏都係抱住即管試下吧!先來的是附送的餐湯,粟米忌廉雞蓉湯,一心諗住都係粉溝水,想不到竟然幾好飲。啲雞蓉真係雞粒,個湯底又夠味。飲完碗湯就放心了,餐湯都好飲,野食應該冇問題。果然,所有食物即叫即做(等左大約十分鐘多啲)。蒜片大蝦檸檬意粉的有淡淡檸檬香,蝦都係急凍貨,但煮得幾好味。抵讚的還有意粉質地,唔係果隻丟埋堵牆會痴住的質地,但都有咬口有彈性。另外的蜜糖煎雞扒,誠意之處係煎得剛熟,夠滑,如果個皮可以脆啲仲好。 繼續閱讀

今日的我打倒昨日的我⋯⋯昨日飯後路過看到餐廳重開,就去睇睇門口的餐牌,覺得新餐單睇落唔吸引冇咩興趣就走左。點知好搞笑咁係番到公司後,同事話係餐廳入面望到我,而我一眼都冇望佢就走左😂😂係佢大推激讚之後,好吧,咁就去試下!餐廳座位唔多,得十六個位其實尋日睇個陣我覺得佢既豆豉鯪魚意粉好奇怪,但偏偏同事激推既就係依款意粉,加上見到餐牌上既(Recommended),所以就決定揀佢依間感覺上似是一間小本經營既自家餐廳,廚房由一個廚師負責煮,一個女仔就負責招呼客人。落完單就有餐湯送上,係忌廉湯,不過飲得出應該唔係自製既。廚師煮野食好細心,開放式(?😂)既廚房真係睇到哂佢係一碟一碟即場慢慢認真煮,上菜時間要稍等(四個人食,半個鐘內到齊),但就真係唔係一早煮定個種,真係好有心做。忌廉豆豉鯪魚意粉!超級驚喜!真係冇諗過豆豉鯪魚都可以夾到意粉🙊!份量好大碟,味道好濃郁,意粉完全吸收左佢既調味,唔會係個種有汁店到就好味,冇汁就淡既,意粉融入左豆豉鯪魚既味道又唔會凸兀,味道驚喜。意粉軟硬程度適中,同埋都好足料,確實值得比個讚字👍🏻👍🏻(我昨日唔應該睇完佢個名就歧視佢🤣)辣椒意粉唔係好辣,味道偏淡,冇咩特別三文魚忌廉意粉,忌廉好惹味,但同豆豉鯪魚意粉比既話,都係輸左餐廳真是好細,多人去既話真係有位唔容易,價錢中等,味道款式有驚喜! 繼續閱讀
