I am Korean and I am so happy this place exists. They sell various side dishes (banchan) (not just the typical bean sprouts, etc) at very reasonable prices. Frozen food collections look interesting too. I highly recommend trying side dishes that you haven’t tried before.

I decided to get a light meal to eat at work at night. Orignally thought of Pret but as most of the sandwiches were sold out, I headed downstairs to Feather and Bone. It was here I discovered there were two new eateries that opened up. One was Seoul Recipe. It is mostly a grocery store but they also sell various gimbap. I decided to get one.Everything was neatly labelled in English, Korean and Chinese. As it's a grab and go establishment, there is no 10% service charge.This is the beef gimbap ($58). The interesting part is they used multi grain rice so it felt healthier. But probably due to this fact, it was a bit dry in texture compared to regular rice. The beef was ok and seasoned well. There isn't a lot of choose from and it seems to mostly be a grocery store selling Korean frozen food. So, most likely won't be back as there are better Korean take away places in Causeway Bay.
