今日做完運動，一向都知道佢有smoothie.之前有飲過$80杯，覺得都好飽肚。但係今日唔太肚餓，見到佢原來有得自選smoothies，仲要$45一杯咁抵，就睇吓佢有啲咩揀。淨係part one都有好多款唔同嘅base,我揀咗soy milk, fruit 可以揀兩款，揀咗牛油果同香蕉，最後揀咗almond。都好大杯，最緊要唔甜，同埋都飽肚，味道幾好。下次會試其他味。

Nood food is always the best dining place after my Hatha yoga class. Not only reasonably priced and healthy but the food is also in high quality. I love the AST Nood Food the most because the staff are friendly and nice. This time I ordered a hot dish named hunter-style chicken with brown rice, which is a nutritionally balanced and deliciously designed lunch box. It is high in protein and low in fat. I love the chicken, carrot, mushroom, and beans. But I think it could be microwaved longer time

I love the chicken, carrot, mushroom, and beans. But I think it could be microwaved longer time as it is a bit cool in the middle of the meal box.

 Homemade yoghurts are available in the counter. They are all in great source of protein, calcium, and vitamins. I like the avocado yoghurt most as avocados are exceptionally nutritious fruits and are a concentrated source of healthy fats. Besides, it is a nice place to dine, rest and read. Next time I would like to order a tailor-made smoothie as I can have my own flavor and choices. It sounds amazing.
