約咗班好朋友食飯👭梗係要搵返間有feel餐廳呢間係朋友提議，位於中上環交界嘅韓國餐廳▶️ Kimchi pancake 泡菜煎餅 ($158)比常見嘅厚身大份，表面平滑厚身得來唔重粉漿煎到兩面香脆不油膩😋泡菜唔辣而夠味，無需另外點醬▶️ Japchae 韓式牛肉炒粉絲($148)比預期大碟足料，炒入大量椰菜、紅蘿蔔、香蔥、香菇、木耳、洋蔥🧅口感豐富又惹味粉絲未至於好煙靭，但夠入味落足韓式薄切醃牛肉👍🏻唔肥唔韌▶️ Korean fish ball 韓式魚片湯($178)天氣凍食返個石鍋湯保暖🍲湯底熱辣辣嗰陣都幾辣魚片薄身所以唔算彈牙有洋蔥、香菇、紅蘿蔔、青蔥、青辣椒、少量蜆肉做配菜係咁多碟菜入面冇咁重口味嘅一個，同時較普通▶️ Ossam ($218)其實唔係太知呢個咩嚟😂淨係知道炒入魷魚、豬腩肉、香菇、椰菜、洋蔥、紅蘿蔔 (都係呢啲配菜)豬腩肉幾好食嘅🐷半肥瘦，烤至肉質香脆▶️ LA beef marinated 醃牛仔骨 ($208)一塊塊牛仔骨，上面灑上芝麻粒肉質偏韌少少，難咬啲，可能要用手食 (店員已提供濕紙巾🤫)-食物ok嘅，係偏重口味同鹹，加上又辣，食完超口渴比較推介炒粉絲同泡菜煎餅

呢間中環區嘅「Maru」!真係我係香港食過最好食嘅韓國餐廳🇰🇷🙏🏼仲好食過我係韓國食到嘅野食😋我同朋友個日無訂到檯 排咗個半鐘左右先入到好在啲食物完全無令人失望🥹🥹服務態度亦都超級好❗️超級推介大家去試‼️（記得打去Book檯先！）「辣味水冷麵🌶️」水冷麵係一道好常見嘅韓國菜式🇰🇷店員依家非常好心機地擺地芥辣同醋再介紹點用麵質超級彈牙💥 碗麵辣得嚟唔會好嗆炎炎夏日食落好涼爽🧊🧊「韓式海鮮煎餅 🫓」韓國煎餅是食韓食必點嘅野食！因為自己係屋企整親都唔成功⋯⋯🌚 都係出餐廳食吧啦🤣餐廳整得脆卜卜 超香口 點埋個醬汁Yum Yum🤤🤤！「半半炸雞🍗 甜辣&醬油🌶️」呢個炸雞一食落去 真係一秒返到韓國嘅感覺唔知點解間間韓國過江龍炸雞令到香港 都係唔成功嘅❌啲炸雞完全做唔返嫩滑香口又多汁呢度炸得好嫩 內裡有調味 啲醬汁超惹味甜辣同豉油口味都一樣都好味😋通常啲甜辣汁一係就唔夠辣 夠辣就好嗆好少做甜辣加酸度都平衡 但呢度做到😋😋😋 仲有豉油味我係好少食嘅 好容易會變到死鹹😵呢度嘅豉油炸雞入口好C服 有豉油香味又唔會過鹹整體嚟講餐廳食物真係好有水準 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼小菜可以refill~~~~ 埋單仲有薄荷糖🍬加上

之前見朋友去呢間食，話味道好正宗同埋都好多在港韓國人去食，見好耐冇出港島，book左位去試。因為見佢地都冇搵啲blogger做宣傳，似係好多朋友介紹，極隱世韓餐。座位並唔係咁多，所以最好預約左會好啲。如果唔係應該要等位。味道方面，個人覺得高質過好多尖沙咀既韓餐，散叫跟住唔叫烤肉就唔show你個啲。呢度係真係好似朋友黎食飯，價錢合理，而味道同服務都好好，食得好開心會想再黎如果食得辣既話，佢地既辣用左啲類似炭燒味出既辣油去整超級惹味。

果晚好想响中環食韓國嘢本身想去食果間去到發現執咗笠所以用附近餐廳搵到maru入到去, 舖頭唔大不過環境算舒適牆身劃到花厘碌好得意 影相做background唔錯。menu選擇算多我點了KOREAN BBQ 嘅 LA BEEF (MARINATED), 另外加個kimchi pancake 同埋fried chicken (原味)LA beef 好好味 , 叫多碗飯撈 , 好爽 !而且分量都唔少, 食完粗略數都有十條骨(一條骨一小塊)泡菜餅都好唔錯 ! 趁熱食👍🏻有8塊。原味炸雞都非常好味,算係外脆內軟, 啲肉唔會死實實, 另外會有三個sauces畀我點嚟食👍🏻我再叫咗支TERRA餸炸雞 ! 好開心😋侍應哥哥(唔知係咪OPPA)keep住refill水即使有D人唔叫嘢飲都冇問題整體好滿意💖下次會試下其他菜式👍🏻

OT食左呢間既晚餐人參雞湯，打開D湯倒到周圍都係，凍曬不單止，仲要冇人參味亦都冇雞味，第一次食咁難食既人參雞湯，以後都唔會再試。打去問點解冇包好，仲要俾個waitress兇返我話冇可能。又唔係要妳做過一份俾我，只不過係提下意見啫，洗唔洗即刻A字膞

This is one of my favorite restaurants in HK. I’m Korean and I assure you that they serve authentic, great quality Korean food. The atmosphere is like genuine Korean pub, I enjoy eating and drinking here with my friends. Ordered online dining platform from the restaurant and food quality was very good. Tasty tofu soup and good jajangmyun. The side dishes were very well seasoned too. Will definitely order from this place again even though I ordered twice in a row already. Highly recommended.

I am not a big fan of Korean food, but this restaurant/bar really caught my eyes and stomach. Their fried chicken are so nicely seasoned, big love to those sweet potato fries,uh wish i could have some more.
