Carbone is representing New York style Italian food, always full booking in weekends. The staff dress elegantly, they welcomed us warmly with a big big smile.(1) MojitoThe interior design is a kind of old-acheol chandeliers and vintage floor tiles. There is lack of natural lighting, we practically could not look from the outside of the restaurant.(2) A complimentary bread board(3) Octopus PizzaioloSpanish octopus with roasted pepper and fingerling potato. The sweet sauce is surprise me. This is absolutely a hearty appetizer to start your wwonderful dinner.(4) Tuna Crudo(5) Lobster RaviolIf you like lobster, you must try it. The fillings and sauce were moist.(6) Espresso Martini(7) Ribeye Diana(8) Spicy Rigatoni Vodka(9) Potatoes SergioThis is a birthday celebration for my friend, we did not order the desserts as recommended by the service staff. We brought our own cake for JOEY CAT!All of the staff are very caring, they sing songs and shake the atmosphere up to the top of the moment.Say love is too early, like it. 🤍

朋友隔左幾個月同我補祝生日完全唔知情嘅我以為普通食飯Carbone 氣氛環境幾好啲野食都幾大份，因為我地得兩個人無得叫好多頭盤：Caprese 超好味！推薦！佢啲菜同蕃茄勁新鮮，超級fresh，中間芝士又香又好食🤤 超開胃～ Pasta：Spicy Rigatoni Vodka 好多人寫必點，所以可能我好大期望，食落正正常常，未去到必食list 。Main：Ribeye Diana 都係正正常常，但已經好飽食唔落🤣去到最後叫左個蛋糕🍰，突然有人同我唱生日歌我先知係補祝生日🤣下次要諗同人慶生可以黎呢到，建議多人啲氣氛仲好，同埋可以試多幾樣野食

We were at @carbonehongkong the another day, and would love to share that to you guys! Located at the centre of the city, it’s just easy to get to after work or before a night out💃 The American styled Italian restaurant serves classic but unique Italian food😋 The highlights of the meal would definitely be the Spicy Rigatoni Vodka, classic Italian pasta cooked Vodka and cream🥃 tbh it sounds weird but it just tastes surprisingly good lol The rest of the menu was as good as the environment and vibe of the restro as well as their service. Highly recommend it for group gatherings or any sort of celebrations✨

I came here for a birthday lunch and love this place. We had the ribeye diana and i would definitely recommend this. The steak was so perfectly cooked and paired with the wonderfully seasoned sauce. It is a must try- and this isnt easily found in HK. The Cacciatore sauce is really so well balanced and compliments the steak very nicely. Another MUST try is the Spicy Rigatoni vodka- it has the perfect amount of chili and saltiness in a perfectly al dente pasta - really super delicious. Carbone’s desserts are also very very good. We had the carrot cake and lemon cheesecake. Both had a very large portion with different sides like cream and icecream, making the dessert very perfect. Their cakes are on the sweet side, which is perfect after having the earlier savoury and spicy main courses!
