由街頭至街尾嘅卑利街都充滿各國特色餐廳整條街嘅氣氛一到入夜後就相當熱鬧而最近開嘅呢間Bambino主打意大利菜餐廳以open bar枱為主 感覺好chillMix platter for 2 意大利cold cuts & cheese platter Cold cut platter配搭酸種麵包另外仲有橄欖同mixed nuts作為starter已經相當豐富可以配埋wine慢慢chill Pesto Gnocchi意大利classic GnocchiPesto充滿濃濃羅勒香氣及蒜香再加入nuts碎及芝士令青醬更有層次Gnocchi綿糯煙韌唔黏牙Angus Meat & Potatoes安格斯牛肉肉質好香嫩牛肉烤得粉嫩又juicy 充滿牛香旁邊薯仔雖然係配菜但同樣出色薯仔唔會煮得過軟 味道帶點香草香氣Ménage À Trois見到甜品有呢道名為Ménage À Trois本身都有少少疑惑 search google係三人行嘅意思問過店員之下原來係朱古力曲奇。雲尼拿雪糕。海鹽焦糖醬。開心果碎嘅甜品甜品連鑄鐵平底鍋烤香熱朱古力曲奇香配上冷凍雲尼拿雪糕令口感更有層次朱古力及海鹽焦糖醬好香又唔會太膩 Pineapple cooler 繼續閱讀

❀ Bambino #中環 ❀❗中環新開意大利小餐館❗——————————————————Bambino係間新開張嘅意大利bistro,位於中環蘇豪區,當日平日晚上全場坐爆🤯主打簡單美味嘅意大利菜式,仲有個open kitchen可以睇到烹調嘅過程😆進食位置雖然比較細,但係感覺更溫馨,侍應同埋廚師都非常友善,而且會同客人打成一片,仲見到有人拎埋狗仔入嚟㖭。.✷𝑀𝑒𝓃𝓊✷☞ Mix platter for 2 $190好豐富嘅platter😚有三款芝士及三款cured meat,分別為Brie、Camembert、Goat Cheese、風乾牛肉、風乾火腿及莎樂美。特別喜歡佢哋嘅sourdough好似加咗少少蜜糖甜甜地咁,配埋芝士火腿一流🤤.☞ Angus Meat & Potatoes $250唔少人都推薦佢哋嘅牛扒,肉質粉嫩,口感軟腍,$250嚟講質素算唔錯🙌而配菜的薯仔梗係非常好吃,加咗香草一齊烘,香口入味。.☞ Sea Bass & Veggies 海鱸魚嫩滑,喜歡底下嘅香滑豆蓉加caramelised onion,一起吃甜甜鹹鹹味道更豐富☺️配菜有香甜嘅紫、黃蘿蔔,及烤得好香嘅cabbage。雖然烹調方法及材料簡單,但製作絕對唔馬虎🥰.☞ Ménage À Trois $90用貼盤呈上嘅開心果朱古力曲奇,有流心效果。配上雲呢拿雪糕,淋上焦糖醬,超甜勁邪惡,但又好好味😋——————————————————✨整體味道: 4/5 ✨環境裝修: 3.7/5✨服務態度: 4/5✨性價比: 3.8/5✨再訪興趣: 3.8/5.💞整體來講係一間細細間但又溫馨嘅意大利小餐館,菜式唔會特別花巧,但製作認真,價錢合理。 繼續閱讀

中環新開了間搶眼的意法小酒吧。這裡有多款意法紅白酒By the glass ,好適合喜歡試不同酒的朋友。今次試了Loire Valley 100% Melon Blanc 。雖然個名有蜜瓜,但味道其實同蜜瓜無關😂。但on the nose 有很香的tropical fruit 味。食物方便選擇雖然不多,但每一款都很美味:❧ Scallops ❧ Burrata❧ Beef tartare❧ Angus meat & potatoes❧ Ménage à Trois特別喜歡scallops和 angus meat,火候控制得非常好,medium rare 的質地一流。Beef tartare 個薯條亦都好鍾意,落了少許檸檬香草,感覺好清新。____________________#roamardtheworld#roamardtheworld_hk #roamardtheworld_food 繼續閱讀

早排留意到中環開咗呢一間新嘅酒吧餐館,每次都見到勁多人喺呢間出面嘅斜坡出邊等位,自己已經bookmark咗好耐,今次趁住考完試放成績終於可以同朋友鬆一口氣,過嚟呢度用餐🥂 (唔講得笑真係好擔心…好彩最後合格🥹)留意到點解佢咁多人其實係因為佢哋嘅酒類選擇都幾多,而且價錢都幾平,今次問咗侍應有冇啲咩推介,自己就比較鍾意啲fit啲嘅口味,就揀咗Bellini ($90),飲落去幾容易入口,而且幾清新🌿朋友今日唔飲酒,嗌嘅Pineapple cooler ($70)都唔錯,菠蘿甜甜地幾解膩🍍Spinach fritters & ricotta($110) 呢款幾特別,佢係將菠菜切成蓉,然後包成一個餡餅咁拎去炸,炸完之後都幾香口,而且食落去特別鹹香,加埋ricotta嘅奶味好似稍微中和左餡餅嘅鹹~Scallops ($120) 帶子都煎得乾身,而且入邊唔會太乾,佢上下都包咗啲麵包糠,所以食落去特別脆身,而且加埋大量嘅蒜蓉真係勁香🤣主菜一定要試Angus meat and potatoes ($250)因為個牛肉真係好軟腍🥰 而且煎嘅生熟程度啱啱好,見到咁粉嫩已經心情好靚😚 食落去牛味香濃,而且件件都冇筋,呢個值得推介🤙🏻 另外仲要咗一份Pesto gnocchi ($160),呢個比想像中冇咁膩,因為佢應該落咗啲青檸汁,所以食落去除咗有松子仁嘅香,仲有啲青檸汁嘅酸味,薯糰都幾有咬口~覺得呢度嘅食物淨係都唔錯,最後仲追加咗一份甜品,Ménage à trois ($90)其實係一塊大型嘅朱古力曲奇,然後上邊加咗大量嘅開心果碎同埋雲呢拿雪糕,曲奇上枱嘅時候係用鐵板上,加埋雪糕係冰火交融嘅感覺❄️ 曲奇本身比較甜,最鍾意就係佢熱辣辣而且係半熔嘅狀態,為今餐畫上完美嘅句號✨總括嚟講,呢一間酒吧餐館嘅食物質素都唔錯,而且幾有特色,價錢亦都唔貴,自己覺得喺中環都頗有競爭力🫡 唔怪得知當日咁多人排隊喺度等位🤣 另外佢哋可以book位,所以其實如果唔想等嘅話其實都可以訂位~ 繼續閱讀
