去開附近圖書館,行去天橋另一邊試新店。外面落大雨,老闆娘早D放我入去,開燈開冷氣咁樣。睇落係家庭式既店,收跟銀個長輩黎,落單後仲見佢不斷切羊,佢話每日現煮現切。地方算係OK光猛,坐位也不擠壓,衛生算係正常。點左辣羊肉粉,貪試叫左兩個local delicacies,都係豆腐。可惜冇羊肉烤串。羊肉好多片,粉亦大碗,算對得住50蚊。老實我覺得比旺角那家好。兩豆腐香港唔多見,喜歡有啲爛既臭豆腐多D。會再去。 繼續閱讀

諗住羊肉粉正wo入場試下,結果大伏😥😥😥😥😥環境衛生差,幾架洗碗車放係樓面,台面油立立🥶 50蚊一碗羊肉粉,羊肉少,粉又唔多,味道調味好一般,性價比低到一個點☹️ 叫餃子食,味道唔錯,同樣性價比低😕 其實呢d國內小食就係賣個平靚正,味道好,性價比高,呢間認真唔得😩😩😩😩😩😩收錢仲要得現金,點做生意啊🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯咁大個店面,衛生唔得,食物唔得,服務唔得,價格高,一陣陣漂白水味,唔怪得午飯時間都無咩人😶‍🌫️😶‍🌫️😶‍🌫️😶‍🌫️ 繼續閱讀

Great discovery in an industrial area. A welcome relief from all the chain eateries everywhere. I honestly can't say if it is Guizhou authentic as I am not familiar enough with Guizhou cuisine. But I can honestly say it was 100% delish! Started with the lamb noodles. Hit the mark. The broth was fresh and not a drop of msg. Followed up with fried potstickers with mushrooms. Another hit! I did not need a drop of sauce or spice for either the noodles or dumplings as I found their seasoning to be perfect. Definitely coming back to sample more of their menu. 見佢新開張,第一次嚟過嘅時候,佢地好多人,爆哂棚,搞到佢哋所有羊肉粉賣晒,所以都唔能夠一試美食。第二次專登揸車過嚟食,終於可以試佢個招牌紅油羊肉粉,另外仲嗌咗個土豆絲,手撕雞。我只能夠講話極度失望!佢哋個招牌羊肉粉個湯底,寫話係每日用八個小時熬製,但係牛出嚟嘅湯底極之淡味,可以話係放咗少少鹽嘅滾水嚟。。。完全冇羊味。羊肉亦都比較肥,但肥得黎又無羊味,好似食肥油咁。唯一能夠讚賞嘅係佢個顏色做得好靚,但我最後食咗兩啖真係食唔落去。我以為呢間舖頭係比較淡口味啦。點知食埋個手撕雞,喊到爆炸,可能因為個雞霉霉地,所以佢要加重味先可以Pig走佢浸臭味。但可能都好過個羊肉粉,起碼有味。唯一比較正常發揮嘅係個土豆絲,味道剛剛好,但$22黎講真係比較細碟。加個凍飲晚市要$10,都唔知緊要,但最後侍應無落單。埋單$170, 貴唔貴就見仁見智。最後諗住去廁所,點知衛生情況都係有待改善,係有啲唔明白點解新開張嘅舖頭,都可以搞成咁。 繼續閱讀
