酸種麵包外表香脆,又不會太硬,麵包非常富有彈性,用手大太按下去後也能回彈,配以橄欖油及意大利黑醋享用,味道層次更豐富

慢煮雞肉沙律($188) 
INSALATA DI POLLO

通常沙律會給人淡而無味的感覺,但這個正好是相反。非鮮新鮮的羅馬生菜,充滿蔬菜的田園風味,Parmesan芝士味道濃郁,增添了菜色的咸香,再加上鯷魚的鮮味,已令到沙律的味道非常豐富。最值得一讚是雞肉,廚師用了慢煮方法烹調,不會失去肉的鮮味,而且還保留了嫩滑的口感

煙肉卡邦尼煙囪粉($238)
RIGATONI ALLA CARBONARA

看起了很普通的菜式,但不是每間餐廳都能做得好,很多時候都會給人膩的感覺,但這個煙囪意粉放涼了後,意粉也不會黏著一堆分不開來,可見廚師出色的功架。至於味道方面,Guanciale Pecorino Romano Cheese及蛋汁混在一起的醬汁,掛在煙囪意粉上,醬汁的分量剛好,而煎得香脆,增加了整碟意粉的咸香味

Though a seemingly ordinary dish, not every restaurant can execute it well. The pasta stays separated and does not clump together, showcasing the chef's skill. The Guanciale Pecorino Romano Cheese and egg sauce coat the rigatoni perfectly, offering a crispy finish and an added savory taste to the dish.

用料非常新鮮,不過蝦的份量比魷魚少,建議比例更平衡會好些。至於味道方面,魷魚充滿了鮮味,而蝦肉亦十分彈牙,還有清新的青瓜,由於炸粉不會太厚,所以香脆得來又不會太油膩

是次由於吃肉類不太多,所以便選了白酒作配搭,卻出奇地配合。這款白酒的味道很容易入口,又不會太酸,aftertaste 有淡淡的士多啤梨味,而且放久了後味道亦不會有太大的改變

✅每款食物都各有特色,而且口感十分好,味道亦十分突出,看得出廚師是有用心去做配搭

❌食物款式的選擇不算太多,雖然不油膩,但部分菜式如正宗意大利菜一類,味道偏咸
Although the menu selection is not extensive, the food is not greasy, but some dishes, typical of authentic Italian cuisine, tend towards saltiness.
