Last year in October, the popular Tokyo-based izakaya - UOHARU, was first opened in the middle of Central. As you walk in the dim and low-ceiling interior, it indeed feels like those kinds of informal Japanese pubs, very casual places serving Japanese version of tapas and sakes.Having said that, I am so lucky to be able to savor their latest all-you-can-eat weekend brunch menu.
