This is always one of the good lunch spots in shatin when I am craving for sushi.Salmon Sushi Set:The Salmon Sushi Set was a delightful showcase of the flavors and textures of fresh salmon. The set included a variety of nigiri sushi pieces, featuring slices of salmon atop seasoned sushi rice. The salmon was fresh. E The set also included a selection of maki rolls (salmon and salmon roe) and perhaps a side dish or two. The presentation was elegant, and the flavors were well-balanced. Overall, the Salmon Sushi Set was a satisfying and enjoyable choice for any salmon lover.Tuna and Salmon Sushi Set:This set was a true delight for tuna and salmon enthusiasts (worth ordering in lunch hour). The set featured various cuts of tuna, showcasing the different flavors and textures of this prized fish. From leaner cuts to fatty tuna with rich marbling, each piece offered a unique taste experience. The tuna was fresh, with a velvety texture and a delicate flavor that was both clean and savory. The presentation of the Tuna and Salmon Sushi Set was visually appealing, and the overall quality of the sushi was evident.

之前有KOL曾介紹餐廳放題部份，可惜只適用於部分日子，今次跟朋友初嘗散叫部份，點了各一份盛合壽司、沙津及茶碗蒸：1. 蟹肉蟹膏沙津：上枱嗰下呆左，通常圖片只供參考，但是這份蟹膏超級多，鋪滿一大遍，翩開蟹膏蟹肉都係好多，反而生菜只是兩大塊，Amazing~ ，食左兩啖好正，成個口都係蟹，鐘意食蟹建議朝聖下。2. 茶碗蒸：有蝦有菇香滑幾好食。3. 特選手握壽司盛盒 / 特上手握壽司盛盒：有部份是相同，海膽軍艦及刺身部份鮮甜好食，份量多可惜未能食完整份。服務整體很好，禮貌親切主動加茶，有機會會常來。

和風設計，以木材及玻璃窗花作裝潢，別具特色！坐位舒適闊落，可以慢慢細緻品嚐美食！午市套餐：🍣一人前手握壽司盛合($140)（附味噌湯、蒸蛋）整體壽司質素穩定，入口新鮮厚切，有口感！壽司包括有：鱆紅魚、赤身吞拿魚、香蔥吞拿魚腩、三文魚、 三文魚籽、青瓜蟹籽沙律等等，玉子壽司厚厚的一大片，好滿足！🍱鰻魚柳川鍋定食($128)（附前菜2種、味噌湯、白飯）鰻魚肉超嫩滑，基本上食不到魚骨，非常友好！蛋味香甜濃郁，米氣香濃，軟糯適中！超出期望，推薦🩷

雖然呢排凍冰冰但係都阻礙唔到我想食壽司既心😂個人覺得lunch set 比晚市抵食，質素都唔錯的。 🟩 一人前手握壽司盛合 $140有８件壽司同６舊小卷，本身以為可能唔夠飽，點知食落其實都好豐富下😂壽司質素新鮮，正常發揮，跟餐仲有茶碗蒸同味噌湯。 🟦 刺身定食 $178刺身有７款，都係比較大路既款式：三文魚、吞拿魚蓉、蝦等等，size唔算好大塊，味道都係不過不失，不過都算新鮮唔腥，同上面個lunch set 一樣都係跟餐有，味噌湯、沙律，仲有個酸酸地既前菜。🟨燒三文魚腹 $68熱辣辣送上黎，都幾有三文魚香，不過呢個價錢又唔算係好出色，可以不叫😂 🟪抹茶紅豆白肉雪糕我最鍾意係佢地呢個甜品😂，抹茶味濃，口感實在😳😳好鍾意！
