旭鍵@太平山街🌟終於試到呢一個出名嘅咖喱炒飯，我哋喺下午茶嘅時間去，所以避免左多人嘅情況，炒飯做得非常乾身，而且粒粒分明，我就加咗豬扒，係典型嘅茶餐廳味道，非常舊式，難怪咁多捧場客，每啖飯都充滿咖喱嘅香味，而且唔會好辣，幾特別嘅，朋友就叫咗午餐肉炒飯，都非常好食，最後加多左一杯凍檸茶，茶底都香濃，合格！不過係餐廳位置有少少距離地鐵站遠，如果行上去我諗都有一段路程，如果想過嚟食嘅朋友，不妨自己揸車或者搭的士，咁樣會比較方便，而且非常適合有寵物嘅朋友，可以同寵物一齊坐喺出邊，呢啲天氣都唔錯。好食程度（5粒🌟）🌟🌟🌟🌟抵食程度（5粒🌟）🌟🌟🌟🌟位置 （5粒🌟）🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟服務態度 （5粒🌟）🌟🌟🌟🌟衞生程度 （5粒🌟）🌟🌟🌟🌟

你話香港無嘢食無地方去…睇你係想要啲咩，各個地方各有特色無必要要踩低自己身處嘅環境呢間喺見山書店旁邊都bookmark 咗好耐其實好多都bookmark 咗好耐….佢個咖哩炒飯好正！有鑊氣粒粒分明，個咖哩香味係偏向重香料嗰隻，即係平時行新填地街誠興號嗰陣味。入面有蝦仁火腿呢啲小配料，我再加多隻燶邊蛋。另一碟係滑蛋牛肉飯，配個香港獨有嘅鼻涕芡成碟食哂無難度啦，牛肉醃得好夠味，佢喺尾後先打蛋落去快炒再勾芡，蛋黃蛋白分明咁樣撈飯法仲得掂🤤仲有佢個檸茶真係好飲，佢茶底夠厚得嚟唔苦澀，又唔會有嗰種好”削口”個感覺，呢間再食得過

今日特別為咖喱炒飯而來，順道到見山買書作紀念。12:15pm 到達，非常幸運有一張二人吉枱，馬上坐低落單，我同女性朋友因為怕飯太大碟，食唔晒會浪費，所以先嗌一碟咖喱雞翼炒飯同埋兩杯凍檸茶，第一碟上咗之後覺得portion size ok, 即刻嗌多一碟。呢個飯個個都知好食，令我最開心嘅係佢好多蔥白，炒到透明，咬落香甜脆，炒飯夠乾身，粒粒分明，咖喱香得來唔算辣，淨係個飯都好好食。啲雞翼比較乾咗啲，下次如果再食，我會叫淨咖喱炒飯加隻蛋。食完大概12:35，出邊已經排咗大概10個人，we are so lucky!

Went there with my friend on 13th this month but it’s closed…So I went there again after my facial appointment at 1500. Luckily, this local restaurant still serve curry fried rice before 1600))Finally got to have this fried which I was longing for. The rice itself was nicely cooked but it’s still quite soggy if I have to be picky The amount of the chicken was quite generous. If it could be juicier, it’d be way better

Be sure to get here early to avoid the queues and before they sell out! 🍚 🇭🇰 ✨ Here’s what we ordered:🍛 咖喱雞翼炒飯 / 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲 - $57 hkd — One of the best fried rice dishes I’ve had recently! Made to order so it’s guaranteed to be served to your table piping hot and full of 鑊氣! The curry taste was strong, aromatic but not overpowering. It’s perfectly balanced and well seasoned too. The chicken wings were insanely flavourful and well marinated, meat was tender and juicy too. The sunny side up sealed the deal here and was the perfect accompaniment to the rice. 🐔 黑椒雞扒炒飯 配 餐肉&腸仔 / 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗣𝗲𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲 - $69 hkd— If you’re a fan of fragrant, peppery flavours, this one’s for you! This definitely has a kick to it and they do not skimp on the black pepper at all. It’s incredibly fragrant but not too over the top. Compared to the curry fried rice, this dish is not as savoury, but the addition of spam and sausage adds a nice savoury touch to it. The chicken filet was pretty juicy too.
