This restaurant gets a couple of branches in Hong Kong, hence is not quite new to the locals already. Mostly it is like fast food than a restaurant, because you have to order at the counter and of course that seats are not that comfortable as well. Yet, I was kinda surprised by the newly opened branch in Tsim Sha Tsui.It won't tell much from the storefront, but then if you walk further, you will find the dining area. 近牌開始留意Cali-MEX，上OpenRich先知佢都有好幾家分店。今日想食D特別少少既野，就同老婆去左尖沙咀分店開飯。餐廳痤位分兩Part，外面係半自助式，行入少少係餐廳有人Serve，晩飯時間得幾枱人，餐廳部份似Bar…. 有酒有強勁音樂，我地兩口子只為糊口，坐出面靜靜地仲好，食完拍拍籮友走人！原本想叫Quesadilla 同 Burritos，但係佢個Open Kitchen 做左份Salad 比人客人，賣相同份量都好吸引，於事就放棄左Quesadilla，要左Burritos加Salad。佢每個Dish都有唔同配搭你揀，大部份要加錢！Salad with Original Beef plus Guacamole﹕用個Crispy Shell，有D Gimmick，不過個係油炸，同埋炸得好油，食左一半放棄。Salad菜只係普通生菜，普通生菜賣相同口感都唔會新鮮得去邊。牛肉份量十足，好多但係好重香料味，有少少受不了，牛油果醬收18蚊，得一少Pat……..唔抵！Burritos with Pulled Pork and Black Beans: 夠大份夠扎實，入面有飯、豆、菜

We went to dine in Cali-mex (TST)few days ago. We ordered tacos and burritos, the food arrived and they didn't even provide us a proper cutlery. The restaurant was not even busy as there were 2 tables only, the burritos was not even cut in half (as I thought they would cut it themselves) so we had to cut in ourselves and the unimagined thing was the cutlery provided was made of plastic, therfore we could'nt even cut the burritos properly also when we asked for sharing plates the sever rudely

#墨西哥卷 （$75）XL size墨西哥卷、麵粉皮內包有自選配料（原味牛肉）、黑豆、生菜、蕃茄、有味飯、忌廉芝士、芝士，每樣配料都超多、特別係有味飯、可能有一碗飯咁多！如果可以切開一半兩人share會好啲。直徑長達約8cm，餓底口雖大、但都要分幾啖先食得曬啲配料、今次選了小辣的醬汁、食落味道較淡、每樣配料味道分明、用料新鮮、感覺健康，但相比之下，餓底較中意食重口味的土耳其kebab。

Rocked up to Cali Mex's newest tst joint expecting the usual take away place only to be quickly ushered into a swanky, dark dine-in/bar area (gotta give up that all important service charge). Said dining area was slick but seemed to be trying too hard for a pseudo Mexican fast food joint. The food was hit and miss. We came from California but have lived in Asia for 33 years.  There is nothing we miss more than Mexian food.  This place has it!!!!  There were 6 of us and we all had different dishes.  Everything was fantastic and the service was GREAT!  I am a vegetarian but my family is meat eaters.  They had a wonderful menu for me and for them. The price was very reaonable too. We highly recommend this restaurant.
