This restaurant gets a couple of branches in Hong Kong, hence is not quite new to the locals already. This restaurant gets a couple of branches in Hong Kong, hence is not quite new to the locals already. Mostly it is like fast food than a restaurant, because you have to order at the counter and of course that seats are not that comfortable as well. Yet, I was kinda surprised by the newly opened branch in Tsim Sha Tsui. It won't tell much from the storefront, but then if you walk further, you will find the dining area. So I would love to enjoy my dinner with a comfortable service, my boyfriend and I decided to sit at the dining area. The atmosphere between dining area and non-dining area are totally different! The dining area is a bar and restaurant style, which got a bar and some bar tables at the back. In order to emphasize the bar and restaurant atmosphere, the dining area is quite darker than the outside. Another thing that surprise both of us is that, there is a mini self-serving bar for every table in the dining area. Thus, you can enjoy the ice cold and fresh beer right next to you. Our dinner starts with the well-known Mexican appetizer, **Chicken Nachos**. Deep fried tortilla chips topped with massive portion of cheese, chopped tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream and of course chicken. Some tortilla chips are crispy, yet some are a bit soggy. There are lots of cheese, but the cheese doesn't has a rich cheese flavor. However, it taste not bad when all the ingredients and flavors mixed together. Then, the second dish **Spinach Quesadilla** arrived the table. This dish really surprise me a lot! Since its crispy tortilla surface pair with the spinach and cheese, then topped with refreshing guacamole and sour cream. It is surely a delightful dish and the restaurant is quite generous by giving a large portion of quesadilla, hence we end up packing it home. Continue with the love of tortilla, the next dish is **Fish Taco**. You can choose the taco shell between crispy and soft, personally I like crispy taco shell more, therefore we are going for the crispy taco. To be honest, the crispy taco is more photo friendly lol. The pan-fried fish is rather soft and moisture, then form a great texture with the crispy taco shell. The restaurant has drizzled some spicy mayonnaise on the top and we are kinda addicted to that hint of spiciness. Nevertheless, the crispy taco is too fragile to break and is a bit difficult to eat lol. Finally there is something really make you feel like a diner, which is the **Grilled Rib Eye (10oz)**. We weren't so excited about the ribeye at the beginning, as we think it couldn't taste as good as the steakhouse. Yet, it can definitely with the ribeye at some steakhouse restaurant! The rib eye isn't so thick and it is cooked in medium. Slightly slice the ribeye, you will discover that lovable pinkish meat. It is aided with a quarter half of lime and some salt, these seasoning can absolutely upgrade the flavor of the ribeye. But be caution not to dip too much salt haha. The signature dessert here is **Churror**, it is similar to a donut but in different shape. The Churrors were coated with plenty of sugar and cinnamon, then drizzled with sweet caramel sauce. The freshly fried Churrors are crispy and spongy, I believe it would taste better with the cold icecream.
