The staff are super friendly and the environment is great, but that's about as good as it gets. The food looks amazing and the portions are huge. So what's the issue? Oil, everything is drowning in cheap cooking oil. It's the underlying flavor of almost every dish. We went in on Monday lunch hour. The restaurant was quite quiet, not even halfway full. But the staff seemed “very busy”.One of the staff who stood nearby keep tapping that iPad thingy and holding loads of receipts on her hand.We sat there and waited for 15 mins for them to come and get our order. Love this place so much, had anniversary brunch with my hubby here, is like we were in real vacation. Food were all above average too. Honestly the view is impeccable, what a relaxed and chill afternoon. Must order this Mac & cheese croquette, so evil but so yum. Their food portion are really generous, so I think we actually ordered too much for two ppl 😅 I wanted to try their dessert too, but my tummy was so gonna explode... maybe next time. Was quite disappointed and will not be visiting again sadly. I did not know that reservations meant reserving the exact table so all the ones with a sea view were booked up. We got drinks first which were alright nothing special (mocktails).The food is where the problem happened. This restaurant is located right next to Cheung Sha Lower beach. A perfect place to hangout with friends! The food and drinks were nice. Especially love their Sangria! 🍹The waiters were very friendly too! 今個weekend 嚟到大嶼山浪高長岸Glamping!由於天氣大熱我哋唔想燒嘢食就book咗呢度食dinner. 早兩日想去呢度食lunch,去到喺室外座位近門口位置有個waitress,我哋企喺嗰度等佢等咗超過半分鐘佢都冇理我哋,好似完全見唔到我哋咁,繼續自顧自整理唔知乜嘢文件。我見遠處有幾張空枱,於是行去另一門口準備入去。奇怪嘅係我哋行到咁遠佢反而見到我哋而且立即喝止,叫我哋行返去第一個入口探熱同掃安心出行。我當時帶住兩隻狗,我話我入去安頓咗兩隻狗再出嚟搞,佢冇出聲不過個樣好唔滿意。 之後我哋坐低睇餐牌,我哋之前睇介紹話有pizza,但見餐牌冇,所以我哋再行出去問同一個waitress(當時餐廳室外位置只有一個waitress)有冇pizza,其實要答好容易,簡單一句有定冇就得。但佢選擇唔答,反而講咗一句'wait'然後行咗去。我哋見佢好似好唔歡迎我哋咁,所以最後決定離開搵第二間食。

Three course set menu hkd380+ 1 person前菜1. 炒墨魚、墨西哥香腸、雪梨酒牛油、烤酸種麵包冇諗到前菜都咁大碟 呢個偏辣少少2. 布拉塔芝士、蕃茄、羅勒、火箭菜 主菜素菜 剛好可以平衡返另一碟既辣😂1. 盲鰽、燒西蘭花苗、莎莎青醬好香 同莎莎青醬好夾 西蘭花苗都好多2. 香菇意大利寛麵、菠菜、黑椒唔好以為佢好普通 寬麵好彈好有口感 汁味道都唔會太膩甜品香橙朱古力甘納許、雲呢拿忌廉、朱古力醬好濃朱古力味！綜合唔會太甜👍🏻飲品Raspberries rock 好大對比一杯超紅一杯超白 呢杯比較甜Vanilla sky 呢杯有提子同梳打 相對清新-💭小妹非常中意海 今次嚟到海邊餐廳好開心去唔到旅行 但呢度好似去左外國度假一樣好舒服 連外國人都多到真係有旅行錯覺🤣如果你想5星級既服務就冇可能當然佢地對外國人仲nice 可能大家都係外國人 會仲相處輕鬆😂不過我覺得我個日感受到既係正常服務成個餐 呢個價錢 食埋環境 係可以接受👍🏻

疫情緣故久久未能出遠門，朋友就推介到離島走走散心。位於大嶼山下長沙泳灘嘅Bathers係真心香港難得一見嘅隱世西餐廳，可以吹住海風，享受日光沐浴進餐嘅舒適感。交通方面可以選擇從中環碼頭6號搭船到梅窩，再轉的士/搭巴士入去下長沙沙灘。行一條小斜路就到沙灘，餐廳喺右邊。注意：開往梅窩的船也分成普通船與高速船，行船時間普通船約50至55分、高速船約35至40分。平日同假日前往，最好打電話預訂，避免山長水遠摸門釘或者無位的情況。適逢新年週末，Bathers餐廳設計咗套餐大約500蚊一位。當然都可以單點A La Carte。Appetizer係呢個鷹嘴豆泥配橄欖、麵包、青瓜同蘿蔔條，食材處理比較原汁原味。Crispy salt and pepper squid，味道不過不失，鹹香唔算好出。牛油果雞肉沙律，配以甜彩椒，非常清新，個人比較喜歡呢個菜式。Main course本小姐叫咗Seabass煎海鱸魚，魚肉嫩滑，醬汁味道好夾。牛扒（medium rare）端上來嘅時候熱騰騰，肉質有口感，牛味唔算好出。套餐內有甜品brownie配海鹽焦糖雪糕，鹹鹹的配甜甜的，就這樣結束一天也不錯啊！餐廳望出去就係

放假去咗大嶼山行吓首先去咗長沙食咗個lunch可能早左去，竟然坐到沙灘隔離既位呀真係超正，環境超好，望住個沙灘，勁舒服！食物方面都唔差喎！Crispy salt and pepper squid:都大份，一班人share很好！而且點個汁都好好味Six bone pork spare ribs:燒得岩岩好！8/10Wagyu hanger steak:呢間野既肉都整得好唔錯8.5/10Cheese burger:好正常 8/10入左呢間店覺得自己去左渡假

幾天前已打來訂位12：00noon，因11：20等車多人已改1：00，但原來第1個staff無幫我改時間。過了一會，另一位staff打來話我遲到叫我咪來，我說我已在東涌，我想waiting都唔俾，我未見過咁串的餐廳
