We were quite upset that our dinner date got cancelled the day before because of T8! Luckily we still had this Spanish dinner date on the next day in Prince Edward at this Channel 3. Tortilla chips with dip at $40+10%
As soon as we were seated, a bowl of tortilla chips together with a dipping sauce was served to us at a price of $40+10% for two persons. The servers refilled it for us after we had finished our bowl. The chips were quite appetising while the dip was like some sort of Thousand Island dressing.

The two tapas we ordered were served together and hung on a beautiful metallic hanger in front of us. Great presentation. Please note that you have to order at least 2 for these 2 tapas.

The shrimp was somewhat like Chinese-style shrimp paste but not elastic. It had obviously been seasoned so it was salty. It was nicely wrapped by a thin slice of cucumber. The whole roll was topped by some crab roes and caviar. Taste-wise it was pretty refreshing while presentation-wise it looked quite decent.

The steak tartar was quite big! The guoba was very crispy and topped by quite a generous portion of tender steak tartar. In between there was actually some crispy 肉鬆! So creative. Some black vinegar was added to the steak tartar to add flavour. Good value for money tartars.

There were 3 types of pizzas on the menu but we decided to get this one given that I seldom saw this flavour else where. It was a very interesting pizza as the crust was not those thin type and it was actually like some mix of cookies and biscuits. The crust was crunchy despite the thickness. Each slice had at least one piece of chicken. Some chicken was from the breast and some from thigh. There were loads of Mozzarella Cheese and it was so cheesy when I took out a slice. The flavour of the tandoori chicken was just right and not dominant. There were some peppers, onion and cherry tomatoes to add veggie content and enhance texture and flavour. At a price of just $118+10%, it was really quite a great pizza.

Roasted sucking pig was the last to arrive but there was a reason. It was a whole leg with thigh. The skin was so crispy with a layer of fat underneath which was easily removable. The flesh was reasonably tender and rich in pork flavour. Yummy! Although the skin was less crispy than those traditional Chinese-style roasted sucking pig, the flesh was much more tender and yummy! If you find the pork too dry, there was an accompanying sauce on the side which was pretty rich in lemon and so it was refreshing. We used it to dip for the potato wedges though, which had been well seasoned and freshly deep fried. There was a little bit of greens accompanying the roasted pig. Highly recommended as a traditional Spanish dish.
I was so full after finishing everything. Overall, we were quite satisfied with the food. The quality of the food was even better than those we last had. Service was prompt with our used napkins and chips bowl refilled in time. Environment and music were nice for a relaxing night after a whole day of work.
