This is my first time coming to the Shake Shack in IFC, the environment here is nice that you can sit either inside the shop or outdoor area, which you can have a sew view if you are lucky enough. This time I ordered the shake burger (single), a shroom burger, a cheese fries and a cup of Classic Hand-Spun Shakes (vanilla).The shake burger (single) of cause is very nice, the classic taste of Shake Shack, the burger meat in the middle is really juicy, and with the tomato, it makes the whole burger
The shake burger (single) of cause is very nice, the classic taste of Shake Shack, the burger meat in the middle is really juicy, and with the tomato, it makes the whole burger even more fresh. The shroom burger is with a big mushroom inside, and the fried mushroom is filled with cheese, although it’s a bit heavy, it’s definitely worth a try. For the cheese fries, there are melted cheese on top of the crispy fries, when you try this, you will understand why cheese and fries are that match, the taste is wonderful. However, for the Classic Hand-Spun Shakes (vanilla), it is a bit too sweet, which cause me can’t drink the whole cup, if less sugar is added, this will be definitely better.
All in all, the burgers from Shake Shack are really nice, and the environment in this IFC store is pleasant, I am sure I will come back again.
