Well seasoned, tender and juicy, love the bits of chicken cartilage in the mix which added extra texture! We used the egg yolk from the mini hot pot as an egg dip for the skewer and it totally took it to the next level! 第一次係德美試串燒，雖然只係面頭有燒汁，但係入面都好夠味，我食到有雞軟骨係入面，多咗一種爽口彈牙嘅口感，唔錯👍🏻

My must-have items every time I visit! I get this not for the beef slices, but for that delicious sukiyaki flavoured broth! Love that sweet and savoury combination of flavours, and how the veggies, tofu and enoki mushrooms just soak up all that deliciousness! 我每次都一定會叫，其實重點唔係牛肉，唔係因為我好鍾意壽喜燒味嘅湯底，入面嘅菜、豆腐、金菇索晒啲湯，好正😋
