今日到訪k11musea 的西餐廳。餐廳的裝修美侖美奐,是摩登高雅的設計,還有全視線海景,坐在窗邊,看著海,很寫意。下午茶餐$249 -位,兩位起。Wagyu katsu sando 和牛三文治細細件,和牛帶一點厚度,肉質一點也不韌,口感軟滑,配上美奶滋,口感濕潤,雖然是溫的,但味道仍不錯。大刀魚淡淡的炸衣,配上魚肉,味道淡淡的,帶少少海苔風味,沒有半點油膩感。芝士餅這芝士餅口感香滑,芝味十足,還有酸香的紅莓味,酸酸甜甜的,好味道。綠茶mousse 這慕絲賣相很美,口感creamy 絲滑,如空氣的口感,輕甜的綠茶風味,加上雜莓的果甜和酸香,味道十分合拍。Petite fours朱古力慕絲這朱古力慕絲味道真濃,真正朱古力風味,味道濃而不膩,香甜creamy ,正。法式小甜餅這法式小甜餅真可口,外脆內軟,沒有一般過甜的問題,味道甜香,配咖啡不錯。Cappuccino 咖啡口感香滑creamy, 咖啡味道適中,沒有太苦太酸,是平易近人的味道。雖然天氣灰濛濛的,但又別有一番意境,靜靜的看海吃甜點,滿滿幸福的感覺

📍 TIRPSE (Tsim Sha Tsui)Address: Shop 219, 2/F, K11 Musea, Victoria Dockside, 18 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha TsuiTirpse’s 5-Course Deluxe lunch menu$688 per personAside from Cannubi and Sushi Wadatsumi, Tirpse is another of my go-to restaurants in K11 Musea. I always had a hard time choosing my main course as both the Iberico Pork and the Omi wagyu (supp. $388) were really good! The wagyu is perfectly cooked to give a beautiful pink color lined by the fat layers, making it really tender and juicy. Their starters were also pretty nice, especially the first one consisting of a very fresh sweet shrimp sashimi topped with salmon roe and based with a mango salad. Very refreshing indeed.I do want to point out that it’s a bit weird to present mac & cheese as a side of the main course at a Japanese x French fine dining restaurant, but it did taste good.They also have a beautiful terrace where you can grab a drink while enjoying the beautiful panoramic view of the Victoria Harbour after the meal.

餐廳開12點,網上訂座最早亦係12點。不過book 12點其實餐廳係未ready。我哋12:02pm到餐廳,經理表示餐廳爭少少,仲預備緊,所以叫我哋行個圈。到12:10pm,我哋再返番餐廳,經理都係叫我哋再比少少時間佢哋。我哋就無再周圍行,坐咗喺餐廳外面既位置等一等。等多2,3分鐘就有得入座,所以建議唔好book 12點,起碼book 12:15pm.餐廳環境濶落,枱與枱之間都有啲距離,正常傾偈既聲量都唔會話聽到隔離枱講乜。經理有過嚟講解餐牌同幫我哋落單,上菜亦有講解係啲咩黎。我book位時有備註想要window seat同埋係慶祝周年紀念,有安排到👍🏻甜品亦有寫happy anniversary 呢樣要讚👍🏻食物質素好,不過份量細咗啲,尤其個主菜。麵包可以refill,所以食多2個點都夠飽。

米芝蓮一星法國餐廳誰會想到人均只要$200 就可以看海景 吃下午茶拍一望無際的維多利亞港還不用人擠人景觀就是絕我們提早訂了窗邊的座位現在天氣涼了其實也可以坐在露台喝一杯拍照下午茶性價比很高有和牛三明治 好香 肉很嫩 好好吃還有3文魚籽撻很高級其他甜點不會太甜 女生吃剛好窗邊座位5-6桌 記得訂位喔
