Happy Friday去咗灣仔莊士敦道搵食,係我一直想食好耐嘅「Mr. Crab by The Captain’s House」,餐廳主打海鮮🦞,有多個大水缸養住新鮮嘅海鮮👍🏻店內裝修走美國風,座位寬敞,環境好舒適路易斯安那爆谷蟹餅金黃香脆嘅蟹餅有五小件,外脆內嫩,用上啖啖鮮蟹肉,真材實料,鮮甜棉滑!作為前菜份量剛好芝士蟹肉薯條薯條面上鋪滿芝士及蟹肉後焗香,芝士呈半溶狀態,芝香四溢🧀🧀粗薯條的薯肉好飽滿黑松露海蝦忌廉汁闊條麵海蝦粒爽口彈牙,闊條麵煙韌有嚼勁,每條麵都掛滿濃郁芳香的黑松露忌廉醬汁,滋味誘人炭燒原隻波士頓龍蝦🦞波士頓龍蝦大大隻,好厚肉,龍蝦肉鮮甜彈牙,勁正啊!伴碟仲有金黃香脆炸薯條,夠晒飽肚特濃咖啡芝士蛋糕蛋糕口感軟滑,芝士味都幾香濃,仲散發着陣陣咖啡香☕️餅底帶有焦糖甜香,好好食呢 繼續閱讀

在灣仔番工一直都未有機會入內嚐嚐,今日終於搵到時間試試啦。店入內環境舒服,而且放置了不少海洋小裝飾,緩緩向上走,就像走入了海底世界一樣。餐廳更有Set Lunch 提供,價錢由$98 - $168不等。下單後不久便送上蘑菇湯、麵包塊及沙律。幾時都話麵包遇上蘑菇湯係絕配。傳統班尼迪克蛋 - $118食班尼迪克最緊要當然係其荷蘭醬,那帶著檸檬香奶黃般的荷蘭醬,再以飽滿的水波蛋、柔軟甘香的煙肉、更有菇菌等作伴,真是一種無法用言喻的絕妙組合。Devil’s Chocolate賣相吸睛,以樽口上掛滿凝固的朱古力醬,樽內更加入朱古力粒粒,令味道更濃郁,口感非常creamy 。路易斯安那爆谷蟹餅 - $108以一客5粒的爆谷蟹餅上桌,好像有點平平無奇,但咬下真是另一番景象。爆谷蟹餅每一粒大小適中,外層炸得乾爽薄脆,絕不油膩,咬下更佈滿了足料的蟹肉、味道鮮甜,絲絲蟹肉,絕對是大師級之作。 繼續閱讀

Boiling Crab was a seafood place I loved in the US, so when I heard about Mr Crab's opening in HK a few years back, I was over the moon! We finally went last week and ordered Combo B (HK$568) with 5 diff kinds of seafood and the Mr Crab Cajun Sauce to go with. It was sooo fun to eat and def didn't disappoint! The combo came in a huge puffed-up bag and the waiter shook it for like a minute straight filling every gap with the steamy sauce. The snow crab leg, Tua Tua clams, baby octopus were all very meaty, while the prawns and mussels were decently sized. The sauce itself almost stole the spotlight; it was buttery with a hint of spice and it reminded me of boiling crab so much! The next time I go, I wouldn't bother ordering the fettuccine and the bbq ribs, I would just go for Combo C with 8 seafood choices LOLJokes aside, the truffle shrimp pasta was decent. Perhaps we waited too long to dig in, it was a bit dry and the cream kind of stuck together. The taste was good though. I love how the cream is infused with nutty black truffle. Shrimp was bouncy and firm. The ribs were nice and had a tasty bbq sauce covering it. But the meat was a little bit tough. 繼續閱讀
