好耐冇見好友,加上慶祝生日,所以選此慶祝, 完全無諗過會有咁差既經驗!我經openrice book 咗6:45pm, 90分鐘限時所以可以食到8:15。。。但到7:45已經同我哋講得返30分鐘,如果要叫甜品快啲叫,因為要花時間整。。我哋知道要還枱,但咁無禮貌同客人講野。都未試過! 所以我哋決定唔叫甜品(雖然我朋友生日)當佢地知道我哋唔叫甜品後,就開始不斷收野,每食完一碟或飲完杯野,即刻收走。。到八點仲即刻俾張單我地要我哋埋單。。(唔係到8:15??)我埋單問係咪可以坐到8:15。。。個侍應無答我!我哋繼續傾計(其實未飲晒d野)。。個侍應又走黎話佢個客黎咗要我哋走。。what? 根據booking 佢哋應該知我哋張枱食到8:15。。。咁佢個客應該都係book 8:15 or 之後?所以成餐飯完全不被尊重,我哋已經唔介意坐扶人電梯口,亦唔出聲話佢地單手拎住我地二杯野飲同我地講無手放d飲品喺枱面,叫我地自己喺佢手上拎。。。。完全唔可以想像喺尖沙咀一個咁靚商埸,有間咁差餐廳!!

之前食過一次,覺得質數幾好,可以再返兜,但今次完全唔掂,服務態度差左好多,雖然服務員講所有說話後有講唔該,但我地完全感覺唔到真係有禮貌,有用餐時間90分鍾,當時我朋友未到,想等齊人先入座,帶位職員話因為我book 左指定時間所以要入座,ok 咁我入座等,其實我地都盡量拿拿聲叫拿拿聲食,點知侍應完全無走埋黎提我地因為就夠鍾仲有無食物想再order,就隊張單埋黎叫我地賣單,仲要企定定收錢迫你走咁款,其實我地係仲想叫甜品食,侍應竟然仲回應我地睇到我地record 無order 甜品,最後我地賣左單之後係有傾計傾到過左少少時間,然後侍應又再次走埋黎同我地講出面好多人排隊,麻煩我地需要離開啦,我地行到出去係見唔到佢口中既好多人,就算餐廳食物幾有質數都好,服務態度差都真係好難再回頭,是次用餐對餐廳既服務態度極度失望。

今次book左8:00pm,去到7:47pm,等左5分鐘左右就有得入。見餐廳特別有張menu係for牛既就同男朋友都叫牛試下,我叫左西冷牛扒,佢叫和牛拼龍蝦,都係叫四成熟,但兩樣都好韌,唔係好咬得爛,完全搞唔掂。我杯荔枝冰茶飲落苦澀,飲完口乾舌燥,本身見有人推介先叫,可能咁岩我杯出事?男朋友杯菠蘿流打對我黎講有種香精味,又係搞唔掂~我地坐係近reception同廚房既2人坐位,目睹員工們前後跌左3次碗碟餐具落地下,乒鈴乓啷聲非常刺耳,同埋應該人手唔夠既關係,有位但執唔切野比人坐,reception做埋帶位又order野食又執碟真係辛苦曬,我都明白咁樣既情況服務唔得都好正常。同埋一坐底我隻碟仲有水積同埋感覺有啲油,最後唔敢用。整體來講食物唔得,番屋企途中差啲嘔出嚟,雖然presentation 都ok,服務見仁見智,環境嘈吵,價位方面8折左每人都$382.5,唔算平,可以有更好選擇。
