疫情之下減少咗出外用餐,因為新嘅抗疫措施,本來約咗同朋友嚟呢間小有名氣嘅西餐私房菜慶祝生日,亦唯有改成午餐,但一切安全至上,而且心意亦係最重要。餐廳位於工廈入面,唔係朋友介紹都唔為意呢棟樸實無華嘅工廈入面居然有一間頗為精緻嘅西餐廳。餐廳嘅風格非常簡約,黑白色嘅牆壁上面佈滿色彩鮮艷嘅手繪壁畫,配上米白色嘅枱布同椅套,播住令人感覺輕鬆嘅音樂,整體感覺非常舒服。一踏入餐廳侍應就為我哋探熱,而且亦安排我哋同其他食客隔開坐,令人感覺安心。朋友介紹呢度嘅fine dinner唔錯,令人印象深刻,午餐嘅食物雖然冇晚餐咁多,但價錢相宜,而且選擇亦算多元化。同朋友各自叫咗一份set lunch,包括前菜、主菜、甜品同飲品。先送上嘅係椰菜花西蘭花藜麥沙律,椰菜花同西蘭花非常新鮮,入口爽脆,加埋藜麥令口感更豐富,配上清新嘅香草醬令人胃口大開。燒黃桃配巴瑪火腿令人印象深刻,如果話Parma Ham係蜜瓜嘅最佳拍檔,初嘗呢道菜嘅我會形容佢同黃桃先係真正嘅靈魂伴侶!輕輕燒過嘅黃桃甜味突出,配上鹹香嘅Parma Ham同帶少少苦澀嘅火箭菜,完全係一拍即合!餐包上枱嘅時候熱辣辣,外表似豬仔包,入口煙韌有咬口,雖然簡單,但某程度上反映咗餐廳嘅用心程度,餐包除咗起住果腹嘅作用之外,好食嘅餐包更加會令人印象難忘。主菜方面我揀咗水牛芝士菠菜意大利雲吞,外皮有咬口,菠菜嘅味道較為清淡,配上芝士味突出嘅醬汁,恰到好處。朋友嘅法式牛油脆龍利柳相當有驚喜,龍利柳用牛油煎香,表皮香脆嘅同時保留住肉汁,配搭嘅薯菜亦唔錯,特別係薯蓉,入口非常順滑。是日甜品係柚子奶凍,香滑嘅奶凍面頭鋪上柚子肉同醬汁,配搭清新。用心嘅咖啡師喺熱朱古力同mocha面頭畫上小熊圖案,可愛度滿分!味道亦同樣唔錯,香濃細膩,甜度適中。近年來漸漸愛上喺工廈或者舊區中尋找小餐館,可能未必有高級餐廳或者黃金地段嘅優美景色,亦唔會有豪華嘅裝修同奢侈嘅餐具,但能夠用最貼地嘅價錢享用到高質素嘅食物,絕對係一件賞心樂事。 繼續閱讀

It was probably the first time for us to dine in Lak Chi Kok. But recently we had been looking for somewhere more private to stay away from the crowds so found this private kitchen on openrice. But we were amazed that it was quite full even on weekend lunch during the epidemic! Interior renovation and decoration were pretty much like a nice decent Western restaurant that you couldn't tell it was actually a factory building. There were lunch sets even on weekends and prices were quite reasonable, ranging from $98 to $228 +10% with 7 entrees to choose from. A soup or starter, coffee or tea, and a dessert of the day was included.You could top it up for drinks above $35.We decided to order 2 different starters and entrees to try out their food.Bread basketThere was no butter but two bottles of black vinegar and olive oil were served on the table. There were two buns in the bread basket which were white bread and were warm with crispy and thin crust yet soft interior. The slightly sweet black vinegar added flavour to the plain bread.Quinoa Cauliflower Broccoli with Pesto 椰菜花,西蘭花及藜麥沙律配香草醬Presentation was very nice with fresh cauliflowers and broccolis topped by some quinoa together with some nicely laid out pesto sauce. It was a very healthy starter and was refreshing.Roasted Peach & Parma Ham 燒黃桃配巴瑪火腿Presentation was pretty nice with some black vinegar nicely decorated on top. There were 3 slices of parma ham which was perfectly salty and good to chew. I never knew they could go so well with the sweet peaches like this. Appetising!日式燒豬腹肉開放式三文治配薯條 Yakiniku Pork Belly Tartine with French Fries at $108+10%The toast had been toasted perfectly so that it was super crunchy! The toast was topped by a lot of sliced pork belly which were well seasoned, together with some sliced onion, sweet peppers and fresh greens. The portion of French fries was so big and they were of those thick type with crispy crust and soft interior. The French fries came with no salt which I highly appreciated. A bottle of ketchup came with the dish without the need to ask.水牛芝士菠菜意大利雲吞 Ricotto & Spinach Ravioli at $98+10%It smelt very good of ricotto! There were about 10 ravioli which had reasonably al dente wrapping and spinach stuffing. The ravioli was added by some cream sauce to make them smoother. Some greens were added on top for decoration and flavour enhancing. The ravioli was not very hot maybe because they oven-ed them at a low temperature to avoid breaking the wrapping. I am such a ravioli lover that I like this dish a lot!Fresh Milk (included in set)It was so special that fresh milk was included in the set. We both ordered cold fresh milk to increase our calcium intake.西柚牛乳布丁 (included in set)The dessert of the day was milk pudding topped by grapefruit. The pudding itself was super smooth although a bit sweet, maybe it was why they added some grapefruit hoping to balance the sweetness of the pudding.In conclusion, I was quite impressed by their food. By making advanced reservation, you could enjoy a 10% discount which made it even greater value for money. Seating was comfortable with super strong air conditioning to combat the heat. Overall, I was quite content with the dining experience here especially when discounted by price. 繼續閱讀

荔枝角呢區真係多左好多好野食今次同朋友去左呢間餐廳食fine dining 呢間餐廳係工廈入面, 但係一入到餐廳好似進入左另一個世界有個好大既open kitchen, 環境幾舒服, 氣氛幾好, 岩晒情侶食飯Dinner Menu 可以揀3 至5 個course 我揀左西班牙凍湯, 牛肉薄片配熱情果, 燒法國鴨胸配藍莓黑醋汁西班牙凍湯: 蕃茄味濃, 凍湯既做法令個湯有種好細滑既口感!牛肉薄片配熱情果: 牛肉薄片煮到剛熟, 配埋佢既特制醬汁, 好開胃燒法國鴨胸配藍莓黑醋汁: 呢個係必食推介, 鴨胸用慢煮既方法, 外皮脆, 鴨胸肉厚得黎又好鮮嫩, 油脂感好豐富, 超好味!朋友揀左蘑菇湯, 煙燻挪威三文魚配龍眼肉三文魚籽, 香草醬意大利藜麥飯蘑菇湯: 好濃郁既蘑菇, 入面仲有蘑菇蓉, 有口感煙燻挪威三文魚配龍眼肉三文魚籽: 外型好精緻! 龍眼肉既甜味同三文魚籽既咸味好夾, 煙燻三文魚都唔錯香草醬意大利藜麥飯: 呢個藜麥飯一啖食落去有好多層次既口感, 好清新既感覺大家仲share 左個Cream Brulee, 上面一層焦糖, 蛋夠滑見朋友杯熱朱古力咁靚, 搞到我都忍唔住叫左杯呢間餐廳既食物味道好出色而且賣相好精緻, 打卡一流! 繼續閱讀

位於荔枝角嘅億利工業中心其實已經靜悄悄地變成一個美食天堂,嚟到生日月,朋友們都急不及待約我食好西,今日就應邀出席呢間FAB KITCHEN初嚐fine dining 。餐廳光線柔和,佈置非常有情調。呢度有Dinner Menu Set亦有主餐牌可供選擇。我哋結果揀咗Dinner Menu Set,首先店員會送上餐包,分別係法包同小餐包,配搭黑醋汁同橄欖油,非常有意式風情。西班牙凍湯係以蕃茄、紅椒、青瓜打蓉而成,三款食材味道可以互相融合,完全唔會搶去其他食材嘅味道,冰凍嘅濃湯入口透心涼,非常開胃,每一口都同時嚐到蕃茄、紅椒、青瓜嘅味道,值得一讚!與此同時,我哋揀咗鰹魚凍豆腐,先將鰹魚做成絲再脆炸,感覺有點像農曆新年時食到嘅芋蝦,配上凍豆腐,同樣是一道開胃菜式。呢道菜將大概五成熟左右嘅牛肉切成薄片,配上帶點熱情果籽的熱情果醬,減去咗牛肉入口的油膩感覺。永遠都估唔到嘅,就係原來龍眼肉配上三文魚籽係咁夾,清甜嘅龍眼肉混入三文魚籽內的魚油,在口腔内結合出一種全新的感覺,簡直係絕配。泰式燒豬嘅賣相就像香港買到的燒肉,不過唔同嘅係佢嘅肉質就能保持嫩滑充滿肉汁,配合白菌,枝豆同菜苗,感覺唔油膩。鴨胸肉相信冇人未食過,不過呢個燒鴨胸特別之處在於配上藍莓汁,可以同時品嚐蔬果的清新及鴨胸嘅飽滿感。原本想試埋甜品,不過實在夠飽了,唯有下次再品嚐。 繼續閱讀

星期五放工後臨急臨忙打去book dinner位,又好彩話有位喎,咁就go ahead啦。原來億利都幾多餐廳食肆,因為好多人排隊搭lift上唔同樓層。一入到去即刻唔同晒,即係有西餐嘅風格。有3, 4 同5個Course揀,3 course $328; 4 course $378;  5 course $428咁我就揀左4 course $378包括Soup, Second Course, Entrees & Dessert友人就係First Course, Second Course, Entrees & Dessert首先上左個麵包俾我地麵包一般,唔似出面咁烘熱俾我地食我嘅Soup, 忘記了咩湯Second Course:牛肉薄片配熱情果熱情果醬好開胃,酸酸甜甜的,配埋牛肉好夾友人嘅Second Course:煙燻挪威三文魚配龍眼肉,三文魚籽我食左一舊三文魚,普普通通啦我嘅Entrees: 燒法國鴨胸配藍莓黑醋汁其實我本身麻麻地鐘意食鴨胸,但聽到隔離檯係咁讚鴨胸好食,咁就試下啦,果然真係好似佢咁講,好食,唔似我平時食個d咁腥,煎去到8~9成熟顯得鴨胸特別滑。友人嘅Entrees: 泰式燒豬拌白菌,日本枝豆睇個樣好似平時食燒味檔D燒肉,食落口就唔似,但係都幾硬,我聽到隔離檯投訴依舊燒肉硬到入唔到口。Dessert 我忘了影,我揀左芝士蛋糕。總括黎講,我個主菜係幾好食,性價比都高,係友人舊燒肉真係怪異左少少。 繼續閱讀
