今日來到咗呢間餐廳試吓人氣爆燈嘅咖啡,喺香港這個美食天堂,真係多得揀。🥤首先嘗咗呢杯Spanish Latte,溫熱熱嘅,入口即溶,咖啡香同煉乳嘅甜味完美融合,飲落真係「撈到」!嘩,個泡沫又滑又細緻,正到不得了!☕另一邊廂,個Crispy Chicken Burger咬落去嘅口感真係亮了,啲雞肉鬆脆得嚟唔乾,啲Gem Lettuce爽口得滯,加上靚汁,真心「無得輸」!🍔至於嗰個Truffle Fries,嘩,每條薯條都係Truffle味,香氣四溢,點跟嗰個Mushroom Swirl Sauce,簡直夠曬味得嚟又唔叫人膩,咪就係層次豐富嘅好滋味嘞!🍟最後緊係唔少得甜品—個Molten Chocolate Cake。蛋糕外皮微脆,裏面流出嘅朱古力醬,濃郁又香滑,配埋雪糕,「天衣無縫」嘅組合,最啱黎個甜蜜收尾!嚟到這餐廳,每一樣嘢嘗都給我驚喜連連,唔係講大話,下次仲會再約埋班朋友一齊黎食!👫

嚟到這家食堂,我就係為咗嚟味一下真正嘅港式味道。第一口係經典嘅蘿蔔糕,外皮脆卜卜,蘿蔔香氣撲鼻而來,入口即溶你話正唔正?蔥香同埋鹹香肉粒的絕配,簡直好食到停唔到口🤤。過咗一輪,點左個相傳嘅燒賣,每粒大小適中,彈牙肉感配合得宜,真係一啖一個剛剛好!鮮嫩嘅豬肉同鮮蝦交織出嘅層次,啖啖肉,飽滿得嚟唔會太重口👍。慢慢嚼,就來到另一款經典,叉燒包了。鬆軟嘅麵包包裹住咗鹹甜相間嘅叉燒,個包比手心大少少,一口咬落去,有啲啖咁滿足感。叉燒肉質腍嫩,配方做得好balan,又唔會太甜。飲品就點了杯鴛鴦,啲奶茶香味真係正宗,同加咗少少coffee搞出嚟嘅微苦,交織成一杯香滑得來微微帶點苦澀的鴛鴦,解油膩得嚟又提振精神,真係perfect match!總結黎講,這家食堂真係有種回到小時候嘅親切感,食物飽有層次,每一款點心都睇得出廚師用心,而且環境潔淨,價錢公道,實在係一個好好嘅選擇,下次還會再引頸企盼嚟食嘅!🍲😋🍵

插電瞓了一日,結果有朝一早跟朋友嚟到西環嘅% Arabica。一入到去,果個清爽嘅白色系裝潢,同埋窗邊透進嚟嘅暖陽,真係即刻覺得神清氣爽😊!我哋望咗望menu,最後揀咗招牌嘅Cappuccino同Spanish Latte。先講下Cappuccino,店員勁細心咁為我地解説啲咖啡豆,最後我哋揀咗blend,想嘗下啲堅果味。一啖嘅感覺,就好似啜咗一啖滑溜溜嘅絲綢,啲咖啡仲有一種微微嘅苦澀,啱哂我嘅口味,兜得嚟又唔太濃,一啖啱啖😍!再講下Spanish Latte嘅驚喜,呢杯飲品尾段嘅煉乳真係淋到心口底!初初飲落去係咖啡嘅醇厚,到最後一啖就甜到冒泡,啫啫地真係好過癮🤤!雖然期待中嘅海景樓層冇開得啫(唔知係咪疫情嘅關係),但我哋仍然可以坐喺門口,慢慢消磨呢個惬意嘅下午,咖啡香味配合啲海風,呢種感覺,真係無價。下次還會再黎,希望到時可以齊齊坐喺天台,嘆返杯好嘅咖啡,望返會落去嘅日落🌅。

每次的第一個原因 肯定不是為了他們的咖啡☕️ Soanish Latte (Blend) - Ice $55這次挑了一個不怎麼甜的(沒記錯的話 他們這款少放了煉奶)咖啡☕️香 奶味較香濃不愛甜的咖啡☕️純奶純咖啡感的 可以選這杯大家去這家的時候 一定要坐外面特別是天空很藍很藍的那天 黃昏時一定要早點去雖然打卡人很多 車多 不過天空還是滿分💯的他們的景色美得過份 不喜歡外面多人又大風的話可以到上面一層留意看看 碰運氣 有沒有位子

Just hope this would be helpful to somebody who care coffee and food hygiene at least as much as the view or ig shot spot.Been in the neighborhood since it’s opening several years ago, used to get coffee daily here, and been witnessing staff comes and goes and the coffee price goes rocketing high. No complaints- still good coffee, good place to chill.But today this happened — the staff used a wet dishcloth to directly touch the foam on my hot latte - he was clearly over pouring and wanted to wipe some of the foam away in case it will outflow and drip. The dishcloth is claimed later to be used to wipe the steam nozzle for cream only — but the dishcloth was put directly on the board of the coffee machine, completely no idea how long it would be totally disinfect and wased again. What really triggered this post was what happened next — the staff didn’t apologize or make any effort to fix this clearly hygiene concern— instead, he kept on insisting this is the RIGHT way to do, this is ok to touch the coffee directly with dish rag — they make NO effort to improve and no apology, not even “I’ll take your suggestion into consideration” — they were just phoning it in and perfunctory this. I hope anyone, who think it is completely normal and baseline standard to have a coffee not touched by a no-matter-how-reasonable dishcloth, could think abt the decision before go there enjoying your coffee.
