#尖沙咀 大家被困太耐, 忍唔住要活動一下! 同事們相約放工後食飯開會, 老闆嚷著未食過御好燒, 因為奧運站嗰間暫停營業, 咁大家就陪佢試試吧! 自己親手燒係幾好玩, 每張枱均有圖示教如何燒各種不同的燒餅, 時間掌握及程序等! 道頓崛特選御好燒 $108 ~ 呢款最易燒, 亦最好味! 不過所需時間甚長 (總計16分鐘), 如果肚餓就唔好燒呢樣先喇! 泡菜豚肉文字燒 $78 ~ 一啲都唔好玩, 好難處理! 我們跟店員表示唔係好明白應該點燒, 店員表示枱面有圖可看….後尾我哋自行發現原來醬汁唔係另上…而係要自己揀走晒啲餸, 再將碗下剩底既醬汁加上…..道頓崛炒麵 $88 ~ 麵身軟硬適中, 現炒夠香夠熱! 燒烤組代表: 牛肋肉 $78, 豬五花 $52, 雞肉 $48 ~ 各樣都唔錯, 牛肋肉有小6片, 切得有點薄身! 豬五花最好味, 有肉香! 最後, 店員服務態度欠奉, 基本上係唔多理會客人亦唔執枱的, 只要放得落食物便算, 根本唔會理會其實只放得落 2/3 隻碟!   繼續閱讀

Located on the second floor of K11 Art Mall, Okonomiyaki Dohtonbori Restaurant is a Japanese restaurant that allows you to cook your own okonomiyaki, monjayaki and teppanyaki.Since there is a promotion of 50% off for the second person on all lunch buffet menus and we were kinda hungry, my friend and I decided to go for the buffet. There are 3 different lunch buffet menus, this one we chose was the cheapest, HKD$198 per adult with 38 different types of food for you to order.When the okonomiyaki was first presented, my friend and I were kinda clueless about how to cook it on the grill. Luckily there was an instruction card and timer to help you cook it properly.It was actually quite easy to cook the okonomiyaki. You just have to mix everything in the bowl, pour them onto the grill after that, wait for five minutes, flip it and then wait for another five minutes. The teriyaki sauce, mayo, seaweed powder and fish powder were so handy for seasoning the okonomiyaki! Making me felt like a master chef! The cooking experience was actually quite satisfying.We also ordered some meat for teppanyaki. The meat (pork, chicken, pork neck) was of great quality and wasvery delicious. Sides of corn and dumplings were also tasty.The buffet lunch also came with a HKD$20 drink of your choice on the menu, and a refreshing yuzi ice cream toease off any greasiness from all the grilled food.Great value for delicious food and interesting cooking experience. 一年前食過,walkin要排好耐,所以book左位,去到都好快有得入,但係服務就差d,成個場得2個人做樓面,忙都不得了,明顯唔夠人,食物方面,叫左2小時任食,但侍應就成日送錯餐🙈不過都好味既,食到好飽 繼續閱讀

好想念日本!又不太想食壽司,居酒屋又有點想念關西的大阪燒,來道頓堀御好燒就可以回味一下關西的味道店內是點餐後自己料理,可以話有得食又有得玩餐廳也有圖文並茂的解釋,所以不用太擔心會失敗,重點是大阪燒的醬汁,沙律醬,紫菜可以任加!記得最後叫甜點的熱香餅,自己整的熱香餅配忌廉特別好食 繼續閱讀

門口經常排滿人,所以今次一早嚟到等。大約半個鍾後有位~第一次自己親自製作,既興奮又期待。每張枱都有鐵板爐、煎鏟同埋醬汁。製作好簡單,同埋會有員工教你點整,(再加上 上網睇埋教學,有哂準備!)首先將麵粉,蔬菜、肉類或海鮮配料均勻,之後倒落鐵板爐上面。再用煎鏟每隔5分鐘反一反,避免煎燶, 大約15分鐘後淋醬汁。最後,落埋海苔粉同鰹魚粉 就食得。口感外脆內軟,有好多材料,好豐富,大滿足!加上自己整會覺得特別好食! 繼續閱讀
