朋友早前介紹這家將軍澳中心的台式麵店也一段時間,今天路過附近,因天氣太悶熱,想吃麵條,就去這店試試。正好堂食或外賣也打九折,即免加一,慳些少。點主食可以優惠價點小吃及飲品。我點了❮川味紅燒半筋半肉牛肉幼麵❯(粗麵是 刀削麵) 侍應問我需否加底?!原來這裡 "免費" 加麵底,我雖然大食,但今天胃口一般,為免浪費食物,故沒加啊!先飲啖湯,小辣湯頭不會太刺激,微辣微麻,牛肉味香濃,以湯匙將麵條和濃湯一起送入口,好味。兩件又大嚿又厚的牛肉,滷得很入味;牛筋腍軟得來柔滑,有點咬口會更好味。❮私房花雕雞伴幼麵❯ 也是可選刀削麵的。雞件帶洒香,腍嫩。估不麵條都滲有花雕酒香味,麵條粗幼適中,有煙韌度,夏天吃這個很舒服的。小吃 ❮滷牛肚❯ 滷水味頗濃郁,牛肚有饞勁,需襯熱吃,免得冷了起膠。我原以為每一款跟餐小吃也有優惠,原來是$32以下的才有。。。另一小吃 ❮澎湖花枝丸❯丸子好彈牙,又有鮮味,還咬到魷魚粒,熱吃香口,涼了也有煙韌度,好味。❮老媽黑珍珠黑糖珠古力❯ 大大只隻杯,少甜少冰,但沒影響珠古力的香,做到平衡,珍珠煙韌,量也不少。❮老媽黑珍珠黑糖鮮奶❯ 鮮奶順滑,同樣少甜少冰又大杯,抵飲! 繼續閱讀

台灣拌麵近年大行其道,很受大眾歡迎,筆者當然也不例外,而且很多時也會在家自己烹調拌麵當作晚餐吃。其實來自台灣的拌麵品牌真是多不勝數,而且各有捧場客,不過講到近期最得我心嘅,相信非「老媽拌麵」莫屬。餐廳喺香港一共有三間店舖,今次就揀咗位於將軍澳中心的分店。店內設計簡約,以木系為主調,裝潢富文青風格,加上具台灣味道的壁畫,感覺親切,座位間的距離足夠,開揚舒適。餐牌有不少選擇,除了熱賣的拌麵和湯麵外,還有台式飯食、湯品、手工水餃、小吃及滷水系列,另外亦有冷泡茶及台式飲品等供應。品牌以日曬手工麵起家,一場來到,當然不可以錯過。揀咗兩個麵食,兩款小吃同兩杯飲品。小食選了滷鴨舌 ($46)  同豆乳香香雞 ($52)。鴨舌加入了滷汁熬煮,入口濃香不鹹,入味非常。香香雞以台灣直送的腐乳醃製,雞肉酥炸後,依然嫩滑多汁,而且上檯時還配有一小碟腐乳,蘸上後鹹香惹味,好吃得令人欲罷不能。麵食點咗私房花雕雞拌麵 ($78)  同清燉牛肉湯麵,麵條可選關廟刀削麵或細麵。拌麵配料很豐富,有秘製花雕雞肉、半隻溏心蛋、玉米筍和菇菌等。麵條揀咗呈彎曲波紋嘅日曬刀削麵,麵身煙韌有嚼勁,醬汁依附在每一根麵線上,入口散發著淡淡酒香;而花雕酒的芬芳亦完全滲入了雞肉中。至於另一碗清燉牛肉湯麵 ($72)  就揀咗配較幼身的細麵,湯頭用上牛骨、雞骨和新鮮蔬菜等熬煮而成,加上滷過的牛𦟌,入味軟腍,傳統又美味。細麵的水準亦唔錯,麵質「Q 彈」又夠香,配上蘿蔔、蔬菜等,豐富又好吃。飲品點咗老媽黑糖珍珠豆漿 (升級套餐+$28)  同百香國寶茶 (升級套餐+$28),黑糖及珍珠均是台灣來貨,珍珠經慢煮後煙韌香甜,加上以豆漿調配,順滑可口。百香國寶茶加入了鳳梨醬炮製,並配以新鮮菠蘿肉,飲落果香濃郁,酸甜易入口。埋單發現原來餐廳而家做緊優惠,外賣、堂食全線九折,而且消費滿 $100 仲有 $20 優惠現金券送,可以留待下次再嚟食過! 繼續閱讀

夏日炎炎, 喺街又戴著口罩, 多數入番商場歎吓冷氣搵食。 將軍澳中心裏面嘅食肆大部分都係連鎖店, 今日揀咗這間《老媽拌麵》, 就試下馳名嘅關廟麵專門店。😋餐牌已經好吸引,有多款唔同嘅湯底關廟麵和小食。川味三寶( 牛腱,牛肚,牛筋 )牛肉麵(轉清燉牛湯底) $82湯底清甜, 長時間熬煮,香醇美味。 牛筋好腍好入味, 牛展夠厚, 牛肚則炆得未夠腍。至於主角關廟麵, 有厚度,捲曲嘅邊緣更具口感, 麵質煙韌, 仲有好處唔會索曬啲湯。 落單嘅時候店員說可免費加麵底。金華火腿乾貝花雕雞湯麵$88加入陳年頂級花雕熬煮, 有淡淡的酒香, 融入濃香嘅雞湯, 夠曬滋補美味😍😋。 熬煮過嘅雞肉亦好入味!老媽黑糖珍珠鮮奶茶$33鮮奶嘅味道好突出,配襯唔會太甜嘅黑糖, 台式風味嘅奶茶。 珍珠夠軟熟唔會趙到牙都攰。蘋果梳打夠汽$18,又唔會太甜!👍仲試咗「豆乳香香雞」小食$52炸得酥脆嘅雞塊, 蘸上腐乳醬, 鹹香惹味!鹵水鴨舌味道唔錯~餐廳食物做得唔錯, 關廟麵尤其吃得滿意 ,非常好招呼仲會主動斟水~ 繼續閱讀

今天下午去咗將軍澳行街,有些肚餓剛剛見有一間叫^老媽拌麵^,這是一間台灣食物菜, 入到去職員要同我們探熱同埋要我們搵啲火酒消毒雙手才可以入去,我覺得這樣做很安全,食得放心,坐咗落去職員很有禮貌畀咗個menu我們看,跟住我就嗌咗一個麵: 私房花雕雞拌麵$78:有少許花雕味,酒味不是太重,但是都幾清香,幼麵很爽滑 ,個汁和麵撈在一起十分惹味,雞髀肉是切開一塊塊, 如果大食嘅可以免費加底,因太肚餓所以又叫多碟小食 :豆乳香香雞$52,炸得很脆嗰啲脆漿很薄 ,雞肉很嫩滑 ,點埋d豆乳汁同雞肉很match,食時要小心,因十分燙口 ,因為雞肉十分熱,升級套餐加$28 可以飲黑糖珍珠豆漿 ,可以嗌熱和凍,我嗌咗個凍, 啲珍珠煙煙韌韌,豆漿是店舖自己鮮榨, 純天然豆漿再加珍珠都好好飲 ,又不會太甜!我朋友叫左:金華火腿干貝雞湯麵$82🍜,湯麵啲麵都好滑但啲雞就比較淡香,金華火腿切到好細一粒粒食落去都好香口, 整體都唔錯嘅 。澎湖花枝丸 $24: 是即叫即炸的所以很熱而且仲很彈牙爽口,很好食加上去有個甜酸辣辣哋嘅汁,點咗很香滑又唔覺得油膩 , 升級套餐加$28 :黑糖珍珠巧克力 ,本來擔心黑糖加上巧克力怕會太甜,原來味道是很香濃,巧克力不會太甜應該係純巧克力🍫,比較濃郁又唔會太甜 ,今日個午餐食到好飽,十分滿足😋😋+++++++++++++++如果大家喜歡💕我寫既食評,麻煩比個❤️鼓勵一下我,我會寫更多更好既食評比大家!😊 繼續閱讀

老媽拌麵 (English name: Mom's Dry Noodles) is one of many popular instant noodle brands from Taiwan that have  popped up recently in Hong Kong. I've tried a number of them and thought they were far superior to the usual instant noodles. But now they are opening up actual sit down restaurants serving up .. yes, their noodles.Boyfriend and I were shopping in Tseug Kwan O and decided to have dinner in the mall. Mall food is always fairly limited so we wanted something simple.  This place was perfect.Menu is in English and Chinese. You pay on your way out. They offer various noodle dishes along other Taiwanese dishes. They offer upgrade options for drinks and side dishes which we did do.I had the Passion Fruit Osmanthus Tea ($18, on the left) and boyfriend had the Mom's Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea ($28, on the right).  I liked mine a lot more than boyfriend's. The brown sugar was not sweet enough and it seemed to be too much milk to tea. Mine, on the other hand, was pretty good. A sweet and sour balance that really quenched any thirst I was feeling. We shared snacks. This was the Deep Fried Squid Balls ($24).  I loved these. Like deep fried siu mai, these were adictive.  Lots of squid flavor and very firm in texture. It came with a very spicy dipping sauce.The ther snack was Fermented Bean Curd Flavor Deep Fried Chicken ($28). This was really good as well. The seasoning was on point. The coating was not too thick and very crispy. The chicken meat was juicy. It came with a side of fermented bean curd for dipping.I had the Chef Signature White Wine Chicken Dry Noodles ($78). Portion size was bigger than expected! The egg was softly boiled. The chicken was tender with enough sauce to coat the noodles. It wasn't too salty as well. But the noodles were really good. Definitely the star of this. Chewy and smooth. It coated the sauce well.Boyfriend had the Braised Beef Noodle Soup with Spicy Sichuan Sauce with beef shank, tendon and belly ($82). He chose a thicker noodle and these were really good as well. The noodle was firm and smooth. No starchy after taste. The beef soup was rich and fragrant but a bit too spicy for me. But boyfriend felt it was fine. The beef shank was well flavored. The tendon was soft and melted easily away without chewing. The only problem was the belly. It was so tough, I think we left it behind for fear we may not be able to digest it.Food was fine especialy for mall food. It was simple enough with prices not overly expensive.
