This restaurant specializes in crab meat, something very similar to the ones you can find in Shanghai that’s serves this all year round ! The food here is pretty expensive..... anything with crab meat will definitely be over HKD 300.Razor clams was pretty crispy and fresh, well flavored with the mustard oil ! Pretty refreshing dish ! Originally I want to order the cooked crab version but the waitress was keep selling us on the raw version. Honestly I personally really didn’t like it, I feel like I was drinking tons of alcohol and didn’t feel like I was eating anything. Pretty interesting dish, peach gum with crab meat...... I guess there isn’t any flavor with peach gum. And this was like a stew it’s pretty heavy ..... I think the stir fried bean jelly would have been much better. After eating a bowl of this I was already reall full. Pretty average crab meat and pork dumplings.... only if it’s pure crabmeat 😂I would have loved it much better ! But this isn’t bad ! This was really my favorite dish, I guess they make pretty good normal Shanghainess food ! The meat was tender and the soya sauce was not too salty and it was a bit sweet ! I didn’t really feel much of the crab meat here .... but I guess if I treated this as a pork ball then it’s pretty good ! Deep fried glutinous rice, this was pretty yummy. Crispy outside with a hot chewy rice inside ! It’s a savory dish with a little seaweed flavor ! I am not sure if I will give it a second chance .... if I really do then it will be the cook crab ! 前陣子看到不少朋友來過這𥚃,都推介蟹粉粉皮,最近跟吃貨朋友提了一下,他就建議不如去大吃大喝一埸。首先跟大家道個歉,由於我當晚落極忘形,攪到原圖照片給丟了,只剩下我post過朋友圈的小圖。生醃凍蟹- 賣相不及甬府,但味道相像也很爆羔。本來我打算吃完所有蟹腳,但實在點了太多菜,有心無力。蟹粉粉皮- 好香好好味 唯一缺點裏面有點蟹殼碎,吃的時候要小心呀! 可以想像蟹季將會更Gel咀 😍 我和澱粉人吃了很多啊!蟹粉飯 - 飯焦很夠、蟹粉香濃(略嫌溝稀左少少),熱食一流。蟹粉絲 - 唯一這個小敗筆,粉絲很乾,如果煮水一點會好些。上海鱔糊 - 我很喜歡,但忘記了有什麼特別之處了。獅子頭 - 不夠鬆軟滑口 可以不試。魚蝦蟹湯 - 第一次吃這樣的湯,好鮮甜還帶點gel口 特別。特別鳴謝朋友誠意安排當天蟹宴,原來安排一個局需要這樣細心,又學習了! 繼續閱讀

#多謝好姊妹們同ee慶祝生日老吉堂係上海 #老吉士 既姊妹店姊妹們知ee鍾意食蟹🦀,就同我去試菜生蟹ee食得多,韓式、潮式都食過,就係未試過上海式。味道鮮甜,蟹膏實而香口,一試難忘。蟹粉粉皮相當好味😋,份量都唔少。乾撈膏蟹粉絲👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻夠乾身,條條粉絲都掛上蟹膏同蟹肉,雖然貴啲,性價比高。老醋海蜇頭有醋香,但略嫌酸左dd。醉雞唔夠味道,可以不叫。雞子雞都幾夠辣,但雞件超迷你,有種食緊popcorn chicken既感覺😅。炒甜豆好味,豆香夠甜,不錯!炒鱔糊好味😋黃鱔加上醬汁,同蝴蝶包夾住食!最後,蟹粉小籠包就好點遜色,我都鍾意上海既 #佳家湯包📍老吉堂 (銅鑼灣)銅鑼灣耀華街38號 Zing! 28-29樓 繼續閱讀

以為是和上海老吉士或新吉是同一集團。一吃便知唔係。菜式也沒有上诲這兩間名店的名菜。老醋海節頭,一般,可接受,無驚喜。白菜豬肚,做出特色。糖醋小排,完全是味道,色香味欠奉。排骨塊頭大,可能用錯大排而並非小排。像過了火的五花肉!合格。懷疑是什麼師傅。蟹粉粉皮,一般。䓤油餅,不是一般賣相。完全沒有葱油香味。生煎包,可以。完全沒有上海水準,差太遠,不用再來。其實香港沒有太多間可以和上海比較的上海餐廳。 繼續閱讀

由於朋友生日又要求食大閘蟹,揾左好多間都未有,咁就將就住食蟹粉先,遲啲再補數。老吉堂位於Zing 嘅28&29樓,當晚我地就坐係28樓,位置都唔錯可以望到銅鑼灣同跑馬地馬場嘅景色。因為當日實在太塞車有朋友遲到,就叫左兩個前菜食住等。腐竹熗蘑菇茉香蟶子肉,幾彈牙同鮮甜見到個乾撈蟹肉石鍋飯好吸引,但我地得3丁友點食得哂,待應哥哥話比我地知原來可以叫半份,咁就可以滿足到我呢個飯桶。上完枱,待應哥哥就會撈好分埋比我地。話明石鍋飯,當然唔少得飯焦,香香脆脆唔會有燶嘅感覺,岩岩好。話左要食蟹粉,點可以少左蟹粉炒粉皮。癈話都要講,個粉皮啖啖都係蟹粉,要趁熱食。蟹粉小籠包就有啲失望,同相已經有落差,食落去同普通小籠包分別唔太大。仲叫左腌篤鮮,香菜黄魚羹,淮山木耳燒蘆筍,但掛住食就無影到。 繼續閱讀
