話說有一日我咁啱行開中環。之後比我見到一間餐廳叫做瘋狂笑面我第一個感覺就係真的瘋狂嗎睇睇樓下的門牌佢似係食辣嘢,所以我就同我拍檔一齊上去睇下係咩嘅一回事。上到去一打開升降機門就已經聞到四川麻辣嘅味道攻出嚟我拍檔即刻垂涎欲滴,馬上沖出去準備接受挑戰。坐低後職員好好向我哋介紹因爲我哋系第一次嚟噉職員就話喇其實誒自己可以配一個瘋狂套餐揀個面揀飲品再選小食同甜品,都只係$98。當然我就好鍾意做啲反傳統嘅事去一個辣嘅地方當然要試下食一啲唔辣嘅嘢睇下佢做食材做產品做嘢食嘅水準去到邊度。噉先係路架嘛。又真係好得意喎一間標榜係做辣嘅食物嘅餐廳估唔到唔辣嘅野食都好好味仲好用心去做真係值得一讚。嚟一個反傳統做法我要一個番茄煎蛋面配蒸蛋一份再飲冰糖雪梨汁另外經理介紹我食成都老冰粉,凍嘅。幾好架其實如果嗰日唔想食肉想食啲數嘅番茄煎蛋面真係唔錯個選擇佢有花生塞少少蔥粒雞蛋同埋菇菌宅女,佢嘅蕃茄湯絕對好食龍口香濃。唔髧亦都唔會好似出面啲餐廳就噉用羅宋湯底去配。所以如果要飲要食番茄湯底嘅面唔使行到咁遠其實喺瘋狂小面就得啊。年底絕對值得一讚扮牙爽口不油不膩非常啱胃口特別係啱中環返工嘅OL。一盒蒸蛋細細份卻上面有d肉燥嘅帥同蔥粒非常之咁細心同埋調配嘅味道非常之咁,啱大家口味有種家常便飯嘅感覺但係又不失中環級嘅食市嘅風格呢個小食嘅配搭真係瘋狂,順帶一提佢嘅分量都唔細嘅都有成碗飯咁大嘅蒸蛋嘅。成都老冰粉我完全唔知佢係乜嘢但係佢最好食嘅地方就係佢有芝麻又有花生又有啲類似山楂,嘅配料甜甜地又有啲似啫哩有啲似涼粉嘅感覺真係非常之咁瘋狂呢個小食如果你唔食主食同,其他嘢呢個甜品你必須一試真係經理推介無介紹錯真係想畀錢買多碗。佢哋嘅青提子粒先係重點啊粒粒都有肉鮮甜雖然乾乾地但係都仲有啲汁喺度真係CRAZY。冰糖雪梨汁喺夏天絕對係消暑嘅瘋狂飲品跟餐加六文就可以喇佢有雪梨汁嘅味道亦都有冰糖嘅一絲絲嘅感覺,加上去非常之甜美如果一個人心情唔好嘅時候飲一杯分分鐘可以即刻復完狀態嘅。我會番來再挑戰!瘋狂小面 中環士丹利街66-72號佳德商業大廈1樓 繼續閱讀

It was our second visit and it was the Chinese-style noodles called 小面 which pulled us back. It was early evening on Friday and there were quite a few tables of eaters already!Their crazy set menu was so clear and easy to tick with choices of different components, toppings, upgrades of drinks or appetisers. One of us ordered a noodle set with a drink and an appetiser at $88+10% while another of us ordered a noodle set with a drink at $78+10%. 瘋狂擔擔面+牛肉 at $15+10%Last time we had 瘋狂擔擔面 which was so good that we decided to encore this time. We topped it up to add 牛肉 at $15+10%. We asked for BB辣. I really appreciated their offering of different degrees of 麻 & 辣! The Chinese-style ramen were very delicious as they were well seasoned so that every single noodle was full of the sauce. And yet the noodles were still reasonably al dente. However, the sauce was not the typical kind which had loads of peanut dressing. Instead, the sauce seemed to be made from pork. I didn’t find it spicy at all and it was so appetising. There were loads of minced pork which were well seasoned by the same delicious sauce. The loads of chopped spring onion and peanuts were great to enhance texture. The sliced cucumbers and 2 pieces of choy sum were very fresh. The three beef cubes were reasonably tender and delicious. 番茄牛肉面+煎蛋 at $9+10% +鹵蛋 at $9+10%The other noodle we had was 番茄牛肉面. We topped it up by $9 to get 煎蛋 and then another $9 to get 鹵蛋. The tomato soup was super super yummy! It was so thick and sweet and very appetising! It went great with the pan fried egg. The 鹵蛋 was super well seasoned. The beef was in slices here rather than in cubes though. I personally preferred beef cubes rather than beef slices because the former offered a better texture. There were 2 pieces of fresh choy sum and loads of spring onion and coriander to add flavour. Highly recommended! 鹵水拼盤 at $72+10%We topped up one of our sets at $72+10% to get 鹵水拼盤. There were 4 types of meat: 牛肉,牛舌,牛肚,豬耳 and each had 4 slices. The slightly spicy powder in the middle helped enhance the flavour of the meat. 熱羅漢果冬瓜茶&Hot lemon water (included in set)For drinks, we just stuck to their 熱羅漢果冬瓜茶&Hot lemon water. The former was very rich in 羅漢果 and not overly sweet. There was nothing special about the hot lemon water.Service was very efficient as we managed to finish everything in about 30 min after we were seated. Central efficiency indeed. 繼續閱讀

早已聽聞依間樓上麵店好食,今晚一試果然有驚喜,平平無奇的擔擔麵加了麻辣令人食上癮。位置中環蘇豪地段,食物價錢卻是平民貼地,好食要mark低,下次經過帶朋友來食下先。麵店以傳統中國風裝潢示人,以磚牆、木枱、紅椅、紅屏風、臉譜等元素,古色古香環境唔錯。麵食套餐組合:麵食 + 飲品 + 小吃 + 甜品,叫齊都只係$98又唔貴喎。瘋狂豌雜面 $78係乾撈面,麵質軟韌彈牙,配料放得認真工整。有軟糯口感的豌豆蓉、甜美的肉醬、惹味的花生、爽脆的榨菜,麵底有炒雜醬要動手自己撈勻先好食,醬味不太辣入口少少麻,麻香撲鼻口感豐富,好好味!自己再另加了和鹵蛋(+$9)和大排(+$20),兩樣都好入味,鹵蛋實左D,滷水排骨炆得好淋肉質鬆軟好味。瘋狂擔擔麵 $78同樣都係乾撈面,配料有爽口的青瓜絲、甜美的肉碎、惹味的花生,香濃的麻醬底好易入口,食落口感不及豌雜面豐富,但都幾好味的。棒棒雞 $32緊密柔嫩的雞胸肉浸住麻醬辣椒油,雞肉無骨切成5mm薄片好掛汁,入口麻香。份量不多,非常珍貴。烏梅汁 (跟餐) - 烏梅濃厚酸香,飲落順喉,仲可以解辣呢。紅肉柚子 (跟餐+$6) - 酸酸甜甜清清地幾好飲。成都老冰粉 +$10凍食甜點解辣必點,冰粉Q彈味道清甜,加了花生、提子乾、芝麻和山楂餅,弄碎冰粉撈埋食口感豐富,不可錯過! 繼續閱讀

瘋狂牛肉面套餐 $126呢間店主打川式麵食同小食 比起常見既大大份川菜 人少少都適合試下 價錢算ok套餐組合豐儉由人 叫左$98起既全餐 包一麵一飲品一小食一糖水 揀左瘋狂牛肉面 冰糖雪梨汁 鐘水餃 紅棗銀耳湯 當中飲品同小食係升左級 分別加$6同$32牛肉面有幾瘋狂 我諗視乎你食幾辣 我揀左三級當中既少辣 麻度唔記得揀 感覺上似係少麻 同台灣牛肉面唔同 除左有麻 仲落左芫荽 蔥花唔少搭兩條菜心 牛肉用粒 麵同擔擔麵用既一樣 個人對湯底麵質同芫荽配料表示滿意鍾水餃都唔錯 水餃皮無過厚 辣度無over 肉餡唔多不過岩哂我冰糖雪梨汁其貌不揚 想花臣啲可以諗諗藍蝶花雪梨 糖水就幾足料 建議順便試下 食完辣野食碗冰凍糖水幾享受瘋狂擔擔面套餐 $126老實講 一碗麵未必夠飽特別對男士 雖然套餐唔少選擇都要加錢 都建議叫餐食豐富啲 反正貴極有限 而呢份就係擔擔面+柑桔檸檬+棒棒雞+成都老冰粉擔擔面好食! 佢係撈麵玩法 辣汁同唔多既湯係麵底 配料唔少得肉醬同花生 除左蔥花仲有青瓜絲同兩條菜心 少辣少麻撈起黎經已好惹味棒棒雞賣相似係切片既口水雞 食落似係素雞既味 個人鍾意鍾水餃多啲 其實本來都想試寫住限量既蒸蛋 唔知係咪夜媽媽又真係無哂冰粉就真係似地道既四川糖水 當日試既兩個糖水都咁冰感 就算唔要小食都建議糖水餐咁叫 繼續閱讀

最近天氣悶熱,如果出去食飯,真係好想食D辣嘢,出下汗。食完哩間餐廳,覺得川式小食都幾出色;而瘋狂牛肉麵,湯底濃郁,係好唔錯。餐廳環境好有江湖玩味,而分隔食客都做得幾好。蒜泥青瓜讓人驚喜既係,青瓜既蒜味十分濃郁,青瓜新鮮爽口,蒜味淡淡地滲出,不失為一道開胃的前菜。夫妻肺片經典的川菜之一,以牛肚、牛舌、牛腱製作而成,夫妻肺片片大而薄。店家刻意將花生配搭夫妻肺片,咀嚼後的花生與牛肉溶於味蕾,麻辣鮮香。棒棒雞棒棒雞哩道菜起源自四川,名字由來是因為製作時要用棍(棒)將雞肉捶鬆,方便入味。鮮嫩的雞肉配上麻醬、辣椒油、蔥等調味料炮製,蔥香四溢。瘋狂牛肉麵湯底味道濃郁,既香且辣,配上一丁點既麻辣,整體味道十分出色。質感以濃稠為主,淺嚐一口,肉質的鮮味與香辣混搭,香而不膩。而麵的口感適中。牛肉的尺寸適中,將麻辣融進滷水,味道多層次牛舌薄薄的一片,口感新鮮;一口牛舌配上一口麵,兩者相輔相成,的確讓人瘋狂。燒椒茄子不得不說,燒後的辣椒與茄子味道十分般配;辣椒以酸味為主,配上一點兒的辣,既不至於搶奪辣椒原本的味道,卻是剛剛好。建議茄子配搭辣椒一同食用,感受多種味道在舌頭蔓延開去。成都老冰粉冰粉口感爽口彈牙,配上清新甜湯以及堅果,泌人心脾。紅棗銀耳湯銀耳與紅棗枸杞等材料熬製而成,燉後的銀耳細緻軟滑,既能嚐到銀耳的膠質,口感滑中帶爽,飯後甜品最佳配搭。紅肉柚子 & 冰糖雪梨汁 繼續閱讀
