Dining out for dinner had to be suspended for a while to fight against COVID-19 together. To get our tongues and stomach prepared, we decided to come back to 滿屋 for a Japanese all-you-want-to-eat buffet! Price remained so cheap as it was just $238 per head for a 2-hour dinner buffet plus 10% service charge. There were so many people even on a week day at night during the fight against the pandemic. As soon as we entered the restaurant, we were told to wear our mask whenever we left our seats. Of course body temperature was taken first.So in general there were a lot of choices of different food items and quality was quite good - really good when discounted by price. And I noticed that the menu had been revised with some new items compared with those a few months earlier. Let me bring you to a tour around.SashimiThere were 12 types of sashimi to choose from, including 大赤蝦, 俄羅斯甜蝦, 北海道帶子, 冰鮮吞拿魚, 日本油甘魚, 挪威三文魚, 希靈魚, 貴妃蜜汁鮑片, 酒煮榮螺片, 北寄貝, 鯛魚(new) & 深海八爪魚 (new). PickyCouple's recommendations: (i) 北海道帶子 were the best as they were so thick and fresh and meaty! (ii) 大赤蝦 were giant and fresh and meaty too! (iii) 甜蝦 were smaller but they were so fresh and sweet indeed. (iv) 日本油甘魚 was thick and fresh. (v) 北寄貝 was fresh. (vi) 希靈魚 was crispy.Sashimi SushiThere were 7 types of sashimi sushi, including 京蔥三文魚腩 , 柚子油甘魚腩 , 黑松露吞拿魚醬油漬, 香蔥玉子, 黑松露赤蝦, 赤貝壽司 and 廣島蠔壽司. We tried 柚子油甘魚腩, 黑松露赤蝦 and 赤貝壽司. The amount of rice was quite small so you wouldn't find them too filling.PickyCouple's recommendations: 黑松露赤蝦 was very rich in black truffle and the red shrimp was fresh and meaty!Seared SushiThere were 6 types of seared sushi, including 火焰牛油蒜蓉三文魚, 火灸芝味和牛,  火灸鳗魚 and 火炙海膽蟹棒壽司. We tried 2 of them which were 鹽燒左口魚邊 and 秘醬厚燒玉子. Again, the amount of rice was pretty small with very nice smell of seared fish oil on top of the rice.  PickyCouple's recommendations: 秘醬厚燒玉子 as the secret sauce was really quite delicious.Cheese SeriesInstead of Creative Sushi, now they had this Cheese Series. There were 5 types, including 他他醬芝士吉列蝦卷,火炙厚燒芝士鰻魚壽司, 汁燒芝士北海道帆立貝壽司, 芝士長腳蟹棒壽司 and 醬燒芝士鮮蝦壽司. We tried the first 2. PickyCouple's recommendations: 火炙厚燒芝士鰻魚壽司 had a piece of really thick and elastic eel topping!HandrollsThere were 3 types of handrolls as usual, namely 美味蟹膏, 龍蝦沙律 and 海膽. We just tried 海膽 this time. It was very mini and not so filling. 軍艦 & RollsThere were 4 types of 軍艦, including 蟹子, 香蔥吞拿魚茸, 山葵八爪魚 and 三文魚籽軍艦(new). We tried 三文魚籽, 香蔥吞拿魚茸 and 山葵八爪魚.PickyCouple's recommendations: (i) 香蔥吞拿魚茸 as there were loads of smooth minced tuna. (ii) 三文魚籽 were fresh and crispy.There were 6 types of rolls, including 香蔥一口牛肉卷, 海膽魷魚加州卷, 牛油果軟殼蟹卷, 意大利黑醋雙重芝士鳗魚卷, 花之戀 and 海鮮火焰三文魚卷. We tried 牛油果軟殼蟹卷 and 花之戀.PickyCouple's recommendations: 花之戀 was reasonably good.Then here you go the hot dishes.TempuraThere were 5 types of tempura i.e. 虎蝦, 石斑塊, 溫室南瓜, 蕃薯, 皇帝蟹棒 and we tried all. Although the batter didn't look thin, they were so crispy and super freshly made! They were still hot and juicy when eaten. PickyCouple's recommendations: Basically all ingredients were fresh and they were nicely done.炸物There were 6 types of deep fried food items including 自家製吉列炸蠔,  貓山榴槤炸彈, 曰式炸雞 (new), 芝士年糕 (new) ,紫心香芋丸 (new) and sesame chicken wings. We tried four of them. They were all freshly deep-fried and were reasonably good!PickyCouple's recommendations: (i) 貓山榴槤炸彈 had a crispy crust with lava durian flowing out. Even I who was never a fan of durian could accept it and found it delicious. (ii)自家製吉列炸蠔 was super juicy although they were not so big. (iii) 紫心香芋丸 had crispy crust and soft interior which was not too sweet at all. (iv) 芝士年糕 had a good mochi texture with some cheese in the inside and yet not overly sweet.燒物There were 6 types of grilled dishes, of which we tried 4 including 西京比目魚, 蒲燒鰻魚, 燒紐西蘭羊鞍 and 黃金焗廣島蠔 (new). The two we didn't try were 辣汁秋刀魚 (new) and 鹽燒雞翼 (new). PickyCouple's recommendations: (i) 西京比目魚 was really best and we encored many times because it was so smooth and juicy with very delicious crispy skin! (ii) 蒲燒鰻魚 was of nice quality and served hot which we encored many times too. (iii) 燒紐西蘭羊鞍 had crispy crust yet still tender and juicy inside. They were also well seasoned. We had to admit that the quality was very good given that it was a all-you-can-eat buffet! Another item to encore many times! I hope they will always keep these items on their menu!串燒There were 6 types of skewers and we tried 2 of them including 泰式燒雞肉串 and 鹽燒牛舌. Those we didn't try included 煙肉番茄串 (new), shrimps, sweet potatoes and pineapples. PickyCouple's recommendations: 泰式燒雞肉串 had sweet and sour seasoning yet tender chicken meat.Japanese DishesThere were 5 types of Japanese dishes and most of them were new including 燕窩海鮮粥(new), 酸菜魚(new), 日式黑蒜拉麵(new), 雪花肥牛窩 and 牛肉烏冬. Please forgive us for not trying them as we were so full.Chef's Recommendations There were 5 types of Chef's Recommendations including 花膠雞煲 (new), 串燒和風牛肉 (new), 竹笙瑤柱蟹肉翅, 燕窩燉蛋 and 御品鮑汁燴花膠. We tried the first 4. PickyCouple's recommendations: (i) 竹笙瑤柱蟹肉翅 had real 竹笙 and lots of sliced chicken and it was like a bowl of tasty 碗仔翅 out there with vinegar pre-added for us! (ii) 串燒和風牛肉 was well seasoned and quite chewy with reasonably rich flavour of beef. (iii) 花膠雞煲 was such a big pot with loads of healthy veggies at the bottom. There were 2 pieces of fish maws and 1 chicken drumstick. (iv) 燕窩燉蛋 was like a cold dessert. There were really some real 燕窩 on top.一品料理There were 7 types of 一品料理 including 豉椒炒蜆 (new), 鐵板和風牛舌, 避風塘炒魷魚 (new), 麻辣紅油豬耳 (new), XO醬蜜糖豆炒象拔蚌, fried corn with butter and beef cubes. We just tried the first two.PickyCouple's recommendations: (i) 豉椒炒蜆 was really good with very tasty sauce and quite a lot of clams. We encored once more! (ii) 鐵板和風牛舌 had 3 slices of ox tongues which were quite good to chew yet reasonably rich in beef flavour. Even the accompanying sliced onion and sweet peppers were tasty in the same sauce as 豉椒炒蜆.That's all for those food items on the menu. There were many other food and drink items you could take from their buffet tables and here you go.AppetisersOnsen EggThey also had these onsen eggs served in a bowl. The onsen egg was quite good. If there had been some toppings to add it would be even better!Cold SeafoodDeep-fried FoodThey were potato wedges and spring rolls.Appetisers and SaladsCheese Tarts & Egg TartsThey also had cheese tarts and egg tarts. The cheese tart was really recommended because the cheese custard was so soft and rich in cheese! Even the tart base was pretty crunchy and yummy. I had 2 on my own!There were also some cooked food on the buffet table which I hadn't taken photos of. DessertsDesserts & FruitsThere were two types of fruits - water melon and hami melon. The water melon slices were very thick cut and were super juicy and sweet. Ice-creamWe could each choose an ice-cream cup from Haagen Dazs, Movenpick or Dreyer's of a few choices for each brand. For Haagen Dazs, they had Belgian Chocolate, Caramel Biscuit & Cream and this Cantaloupe Melon which was seasonal. A perfect end to the meal! For drinks, they had quite a lot to chose from which included both alcoholic and non-alcoholic ones. They even had warm black sesame vitasoy and a sake corner! We mostly drank this warm black sesame vitasoy and canned 100% pure water.Seating was pretty comfortable as the two of us occupied a 4-person cart seat. Service was reasonable as it didn't take too long for our food to arrive. Although inevitably there were some missing orders, most of the food items we had ordered arrived in reasonable times. So definitely sufficient time for you to try all the food you would love to try. In view of the quality and variety of food and drinks against the cheap price, it was really highly recommended.Hope you like this detailed commentary and please feel free to recommend this commentary if you find it useful. 放工同老公諗唔到食咩,佢想食日本野又唔想咁貴,我又想食串燒,咁啱喺街道有姐姐派放題傳單,價錢唔貴呀,又咩都有得食!係一個好選!飲品方面有好多款選擇,有汽無汽飲品,啤酒梅酒韓國酒,凍茶熱茶,要搵到想飲嘅嘢一啲都唔難。放題以外出面仲有自助食物可以拎,沙律,凍盤海鮮,前菜,同炸小食,選擇都唔少。放題食物方面,壽司/刺身/卷物/手卷/煮物/燒物/炸物/天婦羅,淨係壽司都有好多款選擇!甜品除咗每人一杯雪糕,Häagen-Dazs或者Movenpick,自助嘅仲有各抹小蛋糕,新鮮生果,葡撻芝士撻。刺身超新鮮,味道鮮甜,仲有過10款可以選擇,食得好盡興!壽司細細件,唔會好飽,叫多啲都唔怕。串燒蝦,燒牛舌,燒羊架全部都好好食,食到停唔到口,忍唔住再encore!個人認為比目魚都係必食嘅!芝士年糕同榴槤炸波波,都令人回味無窮!雞翼我就比較喜歡鹽燒版本。牛柳粒炒得好香好惹味!肉質嫩滑!魷魚酥爽口彈牙。✅最後值得一題係佢哋嘅服務,係我食過咁多間放題最好嘅,上菜快,送嚟嘅食物份量亦都準確,就算真係漏咗單,店員真係會幫你跟進盡快幫你補單👍🏻 繼續閱讀

今日同屋企人好耐冇食放題,所以黎左e 店放題店食下刺身,壽司等等🥰建議大家可以先book 枱。因為都幾多人會食❤️地點好近地鐵站。店內座位都幾多。每張枱都有本簿仔,可以點自己鐘意嘅野食。食物種類都好多🥰好吸引😆除左簿入面嘅食物出面都有唔少熟食,水果同甜品😌我地點左刺身,有大赤蝦,甜蝦,帶子,八爪魚,三文魚同埋油甘魚。大赤蝦超大隻,食落好鮮味😍所以我地叫左幾轉🤓帶子係厚切🤩食落唔會有雪氣味☺️其他刺身都好新鮮,同埋肉質都好好🤩👍🏻壽司🍣我地要左三文魚腩食落好肥美😍彈牙🥰黑松露赤蝦食落黑松露味濃濃,蝦仲勁新鮮👍🏻廣島蠔壽司🤓蠔好大隻😆食落生熟岩岩好🤓火炙海膽蟹棒壽司,海膽好大塊,蟹棒都好長,成件食好滿足🤓左口魚食落都好彈牙。我地仲叫左海膽同蟹膏手卷😍手卷唔會好多飯,食落岩岩好,海膽同蟹膏都好多👍🏻除左以上之外,我地叫左唔少熟食,一口牛同炒象拔蚌都勁好食。一口牛,食落熱辣辣👍🏻唔會好老☺️食都鑊氣添。象拔蚌都好新鮮🤓食有xo 醬味仲有可以配荷蘭豆一齊食。仲有花膠食😍食到有鮑魚汁嘅味,好入味🥳除左e d 熟食之外,仲叫左天婦羅🍤,食落香脆唔多油。仲有榴連波波等炸物😆都係係辣辣❤️鰻魚都唔多骨,彈牙🤓仲有燒菠蘿都係超甜🍍總結黎講,e 個價錢好回本🥰 繼續閱讀

平時番工咁辛苦,偶爾都想食放題慰勞一下自己同放肆下!香港有唔少日式放題餐廳選擇,今次就揀左位於銅鑼灣嘅滿屋。呢度嘅座位以卡位為主,坐得幾鬆動唔會有壓迫感,除左用紙仔任點嘅料理之外,大堂中間位置亦提供唔少冷盤例如凍蝦、花甲、螺肉同埋沙律菜等等,仲有幾款小食例如炸薯格、炸魚皮同埋印度薄餅等。但我就對呢D前菜興趣不大,因為想留番個肚試主菜!首先來一客刺身拼盤:三文魚、帶子、吞拿魚、白身魚薄切、甜蝦同埋黃金魷魚。各款刺身都好新鮮尤其是三文魚同帶子!帶子超大粒又新鮮又肥美。吞拿魚最一般可以唔試。到我最期待嘅壽司🍣好貪心嘅我幾乎餐單上每一款都點左!款式實在太多不能盡錄,我最喜愛嘅幾款包括:京蔥三文魚腩、火焰牛油蒜蓉三文魚、火炙海膽蟹棒、鹽燒左口魚邊、蔥吞拿魚茸軍艦、海鮮火炙三文魚卷、鰻魚壽司等。呢度仲有得任點海膽手卷,食多幾客都已經回哂本了!!另外點左幾款熱食同炸物,有銀雪魚西京燒、雪花肥牛鍋等。我最愛竹笙瑤柱蟹肉翅,每碗入面都有大大舊竹笙,加入左麻油同紅醋,食落有D似碗仔翅。肥牛鍋嘅牛肉好嫩滑,配埋滑蛋一齊食好夾。炸物種類都幾多,有炸雞翼、吉列蠔、南瓜芝士波、紫心香芋丸、榴槤炸彈等。炸蝦天婦羅層炸粉就略嫌厚左少少。所有炸物都係即叫即炸上枱時全部熱辣辣。每位客人可揀一杯雪糕,我地就揀左密瓜味同紅豆雪糕。 繼續閱讀

食放題已經番兜左好多次滿屋,因為價錢相對抵d,食物種類又多,飲品種類又多,甜品種類亦都多一開始當然就出去不啲小食先,有沙律,沙律🥗有青瓜條、蟹柳絲等等;仲有蛋撻、煙鴨胸、涼拌雲耳、炸雲吞等等刺身就嗌咗帶子、八爪魚、北寄貝、鮑片等等壽司🍣同火焰壽司🔥種類眾多,芝士玉子、蟹籽蟹棒、左口魚、芝士鰻魚,每次都會encore,因為大部分都好好食😍😍而天婦羅🍤既粉皮唔會太厚,即叫即炸,我最推介當然係炸蝦天婦羅、炸金菇都好特別,可以試吓甜品除左出面自助嗰啲之外,仲有其他,貓山榴槤炸彈,係必嗌既,超香濃榴槤味不在話下,而且仲要夠煙韌💯另外仲有燕窩燉蛋,不過佢係凍既,同我想像中有小小唔同每人有一杯雪糕,我就揀咗 Haagen Dazs 嘅哈密瓜🍈同埋Haagen Dazs 嘅 焦糖脆餅 繼續閱讀
