最近迷上左烤魚🐟然後發現尖沙咀呢度都有一間烤魚專門店 今次就試吓先~鮮花椒豆花江團魚🐟可以揀辣到同埋麻度🌶️好香嘅花椒味仲有嫩滑嘅豆腐加埋湯汁真係好正👍🏼魚肉鮮嫩配上花椒湯底真係一流🤟🏼酥炸生蠔🦪估唔到呢度除咗烤魚出色之外其他海鮮小食都一樣咁正😻個生蠔超大粒!食落口爆汁💦蒜香牛油燒扇貝🧄蒜蓉同牛油嘅香味好突出😻配上扇貝真係好夾🫶🏻總結:全部菜式都做得好出色可以encore!

又到星期六放假.今日約咗朋友喺尖沙咀睇戲食飯,見天氣有少少凍,朋友帶咗我去一間火鍋餐廳.呢間餐廳嘅雞煲真係好好味.好值得一試。小魚兒(金馬大廈),餐廳位置喺尖沙咀金馬倫道16號金馬大廈1,上到去餐廳地方闊落.不過都差唔多坐滿客人。首先點咗個極品鮑魚雞煲 半隻雞.四隻鮑魚.價錢都係278元性價比高。雞煲上枱已經聞到好香嘅味道,等佢煮滾焗一陣就食得,入口雞肉好嫩滑,雞味又香又甜,最正就係佢嘅醬汁令到雞嘅鮮味更加突出而且又唔會太辣。配埋我最鍾意嘅芫茜洋蔥,增添味道層次。第一次食到咁好味嘅雞煲真好正。日本扇貝四隻68元扇貝size唔算大,但係好新鮮肉質爽甜。安格斯肥牛168元 牛肉味香濃,加上油脂分佈均勻,有入口即溶嘅感覺,油花令到牛肉味更加香。黃花魚春88元好少地方有魚春食,雖然比較邪惡,但係勁香口,魚春嘅鮮甜味,同雞煲嘅醬汁味非常爽,味道層次豐富。
