Admin Clerk (Part Time)

The incumbent is responsible for providing general daily clerical support and administrative duties to HR & Admin Department.

Job Description:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Maintaining company expense records
  • Provide HR support, documents and filing
  • Assist in recruitment activities
  • Administering staff commencement procedures

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • Good proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fresh graduates will be considered as well
