職位描述
職責:
- 樓面工作，協助經理管理餐廳日常運作及其他文書事務
- 帶領團隊達成營業目標
- 管理、培訓員工為客人提供高質素的餐飲服務
要求:
- 5年或以上餐飲工作經驗, 包括餐飲/餐廳管理經驗
- 熟悉電腦操作及餐廳運作流程
- 出色人際關係及與顧客溝通技巧
- 良好粵語及餐飲英語、普通話
