My baby booked this restaurant, Whisk, for my birthday celebration
It has been a long time for us not going to some high ended restaurant laaaaa
It’s such a stylish restaurant
We’re arranged to sit in the middle of the restaurant with some tables and diners around
As it’s a birthday dinner, two glasses of sparkling wine were offered, soon after we sat down....And a starter to start with.... quite refreshing though....
We read through the menu.....
The grilled Brittany blue lobster was first come to our mind. Unfortunately, it was sold out at 8pm already 😭
Then we ordered

Well....the texture and smell was really nice

The caviar was especially rich and very nice

The last dish was roasted suckling pig
The sauce underneath was really nice .. with onion and black garlic .... taste sweet
The pig is roasted crispy
But my baby was not satisfied yet
He ordered a big dish

The meat was so tender and it’s perfect with little sea salt 😋
