Opening its first store in Hong Kong in 2016, the store specialises in fluffy pancakes and confectioneries. The store uses premium Japanese flour and 3.6 fresh milk to make the pancakes soft and sweet. Whether it is tea-flavoured or paired with fresh fruits and syrup, the pancakes are served hot and fluffy. The ice cream on the side balanced the sweetness of the entire dish. It is by far one of my favourite dessert. What’s best is that the ice cream is served on the side, so that it doesn’t melt too quickly. Biang Biang Noodles is also known as Youpo Chemian in Chinese. It is a type of Shaanxi cuisine which the locals truly love. “Biang Biang” is an onomatopoeia that relates to how the noodles are bounced against the worktop, hand pulled and stretched repeatedly to form the silky and chewy texture. It is quite busy during lunch hours, probably because it is a rather economic choice around the area. Lunch menus include a side and drinks on top of the rice or noodles of your choice. Top up your happiness by choosing the extra large portion of steak. Their Spain chestnut fed pork rack is also very tender. Local bar and cafe that serves all day brunch as well as great coffee and alcohol. It wasn’t very busy while we visited, just in time to get a table before all the tables are filled up. The atmosphere is relaxing, and it is an amazing experience to dine in a Cha Chaan Tent style restaurant that serves western style food. Beet soup is very well-seasoned and blended, keeping bits of the beet chunks.
