Opening its first store in Hong Kong in 2016, the store specialises in fluffy pancakes and confectioneries. The store uses premium Japanese flour and 3.6 fresh milk to make the pancakes soft and sweet. Biang Biang Noodles is also known as Youpo Chemian in Chinese.
