PAN de PAIN is a Japanese dessert cafe serving up a delightful selection of dessert drinks and delicacies.

Of course the main star of the show is the freshly made, hot and fluffy Souffle pancakes! We couldn't resist and had to order two different flavours.

$95 Caramel Apple Souffle Hot and fluffy souffle pancakes topped with marinated slices of apple, fresh vanilla ice cream, and a generous bukkake of salted caramel sauce. A side of cruncy walnuts completes this delightful dish. Awesome textures and flavours, a definite must try!

$95 Berry Cheesecake Souffle Another hot and fluffy pancake, this time with seasonal strawberries and berry jam. A wonderful explosion of flavours in my mouth. Crunchy graham crackers and sprinkled on top to further provide a juxtaposition of textures. Great combination and excellent presentation.

Aya is a tsukemen restaurant hidden in the alleyways in the Western District.

The showpiece of this restaurant is the Japanese imported noodle making machine. This restaurant makes fresh noodles daily to give patrons the best experience.
$88 Shrimp miso with seaweed noodles. Broth is rich and flavourful and includes two slices of pork and one egg. Paired with artisinal handmade fresh noodles, a great combination!
$78 Regular soup base with seaweed noodles. Again excellent broth, rich and flavourful, pair well with the fresh noodles.

Great little Japanese restaurant with authentic tsukemen. Must try if you are in the area!

Pho Le is a Vietnamese restaurant chain bringing the authentic Vietnam cuisine to Hong Kong. Free mung bean sprouts for flavour your dish. Unlimited refill, very generous.$63 Pho with Medium Rare Beef Excellent taste with good portion of fresh medium rare beef. Broth is light yet flavourful, authentic flavours with no MSG at all! Rice noodles have an excellent texture. Great dish must try!Light yet flavourful broth. Hints of bone marrow, black pepper, and dried mandarin.

Curry Chicken with Potato$59 Delicious Malaysian curry, not too spicy. Generous amounts of Chicken paired with tasty potato. Curried rice mixed with egg also.
