今日星期六 下晝12點點左右黎到 本身都想黎試呢間好耐 今日一入黎就有位 諗住咁好彩 點知原來先係失望既開始 一入到黎坐底叫野食 嗌左兩杯咖啡 一個南蠻炸雞飯 一個燒豚飯 等左一陣就上左兩杯咖啡 之後就繼續等 期間其他食客講野個聲量都好大聲 嘈過酒樓 店員亦都冇控制個聲量 如果想食cafe 坐下chill下既可以自己諗下黎唔黎 之後等左成八個字左右 啲野食都未黎，連後過我地入黎既食客啲野食都已經黎左 咁我就問究竟係咪煮緊 店員就話部機壞左 我心諗：下？ 要我問你先同我講？嘩部機壞左其他人啲野食又會出到？ 如果係炸野個機壞左咁個燒豚又點會出唔到？ 同埋部機壞左你唔會通一通知食客睇下換唔換第二樣野食架咩？ 如果我唔出聲問係咪就等到收鋪？ 結果到後過我地黎既人都食晒我就再問佢 佢就話催左架啦喎 一啲唔好意思都冇 最後等左成個鐘先黎 成肚火都食唔落了 以後唔會再黎食野

Seeing websites introduce this tarts store, I decided to go for a try with friends. We ordered 3 tarts to eat and 4 take-away. Personally, I prefer to eat there right away since the tarts will be very crispy and fresh. The owner makes only a little amount of tarts at a time to keep the freshness and crispy of the tarts. Don't forget to make a phone-call to reserve some tarts if you want a selected flavor! 
The owners - Thibaut and Lou were very nice, allowing us to take photos and answering our questions about the tarts and the shop. So don't be shy to talk to them if you decide to go there to taste the tarts!

Sesame Matcha tarte
Matcha is certificated by Japan, this tart is not a very sweet tart, the slight bitter taste of Matcha combined with the sesame taste pretty good!
Strawberry Vanilla tarte
This tart tastes amazing! the strawberry jelly tastes sweet and refreshing, combining with the vanilla mousse and a crumble bottom makes the tart excel in appetite and texture. Coffee Crème Brûlée tarte The coffee flavor is very very rich in this tart, I believe no coffee lover can resist the taste of this tart, Thibaut told us it takes 24 hours to make the coffee beans merge the flavor into the cream. Definitely worth a try if you are a coffee lover (I am).
