成日都話想去OZONE飲嘢, 但身邊都冇邊個朋友特別鐘意飲酒; 所以就特地去Book枱去試一試佢地星期日先有嘅Brunch同盡飲佢地個支價值不菲的Veuve Clicquot香檳。OZONE位於最高的118樓, 要從Cafe 103隔鄰的升降機直上。經過一行以LED燈作裝飾的走廊後便到達酒吧。自助餐枱被劃分為兩部分, 一部分主要提供日式刺身、壽司和生蠔。另一部分則提供波士頓龍蝦、海鮮、燒牛肉、冷盤沙律、肉類及甜品。

當日坐在近酒吧附近的壽司吧, 那裏是一些比較入的位置; 如果想觀賞景觀就須隻身步行到外面的露台, 並提供高裿及望遠鏡好讓我們較容易觀看。Brunch開始後, 我先到冷盤位置拿取海鮮, 取了我最愛的波士頓龍蝦、長腳蟹腳、青口及三文魚子脆筒。龍蝦的蝦味幾明顯, 但如果佢有糕的話相信會更加好味; 長腳蟹腳的味道也很鮮, 也有很強的海水味。至於三文魚子筒, 這種食品的製作外貎也是第一次見, 筒內的沙律也做得頗乾身, 沒有多餘的水份流出來。至於刺身、壽司和生蠔, 刺身都很爽口, 完全沒有筋; 但生蠔卻比想像中驕小, 應該是餐廳用一些接近珍珠蠔的品種。而第二次再取回來的海鮮就只有半隻龍蝦, 一隻蝦及一個三文魚子筒, 以及兩款的肉類小食。味道鬆軟而有質感, 而且做得仔細。而燒牛肉就是自助餐中唯一的熱盤, 而餐廳為了配合以亞洲風味的Brunch, 因此燒牛肉的汁料並不是傳統的燒汁, 而改用韓式蛋黃醬及泡菜作為配料, 但我總覺得韓式的燒汁跟牛肉不夾, 所以只在上面加上所提供的茄汁便算。雖然燒牛肉的汁料不配合, 但牛肉的質素很好, 爽口, 肉質鬆軟, 肥膄適中。主菜方面, 我選了燒銀鱈魚, 一種日式的主菜, 肉質嫩滑, 皮簿而且鮮甜, 容易入口。 只是左上角的露筍鞋了一點。整體都很出色。至於甜品, 當然是不可忽視啦, 最愛就是燕窩金箔在面上的奶凍, 入口幼滑而不甜以保留燕窩原有的味道。而芒果布甸則多果肉而爽口, 相對芒果的份量較布甸為多。至於迷你朱古力心太軟, 感覺就差了少少, 雖然是現場即製, 但內心的溶漿不算多, 而以花作為主打的甜品味道就較為一般, 但香味就頗強。OZONE與其他酒店餐廳不同的就是設有巨型望遠鏡, 即使在能見度底的情况下, 也能見到東廊近嘉華國際的路牌字體同行車情况, 仲連lFC天台上的天線也可看到; 下次如果有人約去OZONE飲嘢, 而佢話塞車而遲到, 就可以知佢有冇呃你啦!

今年12月, 係Ritz Carlton在lCC重開的首個聖誕節; 而佢嘅Sunday Brunch, Book咗半年枱, 終於等倒聖誕前夕先有機會食佢地個Sunday Brunch. 我揀咗飲Billecart-Salmon Brut Reserve NV嘅Set, 價錢超抵, 而食物質素、用料都比其他Buffet, Brunch, 如洲際較為高同嚴格。

嘅然餐廳以南意大利菜為主, 海鮮當然是不可取替啦, Tosca 的Brunch所提供嘅海鮮除了青口和蜆外, 並不是獨立供客人夾食, 而全部都跟少量配菜或沙律一併品嘗。而部份肉類如巴馬火腿也會被用為製作沙律的材料。在第一張Buffet枱, 所提供的前菜主要有各種不同的沙律, 煙三文魚, 一些小碟的迷您前菜, 以及其他海鮮。取回來而較出眾的可說是帶有魚子在表面的鮮甜帶子、海鮮沙律脆筒及西柚配巴馬火腿。這些頭盤、味道鮮甜, 沒有使用太多的調味品, 只用天然的香料作調味這不但能保持肉類、海鮮原有的鮮味; 更能增加其香味同加強味覺。到第二張table, 食物主要有各種不同的意式火腿, 麫包, 青菜(則小椰菜及其他意式蔬菜的沙律, 意式燒豬, 肝類及各種不同的芝士。在第二張table, 我選了大部份火腿, 少量沙律和一片燒豬; 火腿的味道和口感各有不同, 燒豬的豬皮仍然能保持鬆脆。 至於他們最專業的, 莫過於芝士部份, 芝士大致分為兩類, 乾身和水浸的水牛芝士; 水牛芝士的味道較接近鮮牛奶味, 質感與白烚雞蛋接近; 不同的是芝士是由一層又一層組成的圓球體。而硬身的芝士就感覺比較像一般Buffet的芝士, 例如藍芝士。而餐廳經理Dino更主動地介紹各種的水午芝士, 並提點我們在進食時不要和其他芝士放在同一隻碟上, 以免破壞水牛芝士的原有味道。過了食頭盤的時間, 主菜終於登場; 我所點的主菜是章魚鮮車厘茄橄欖意大利闊麪。零香料的烹飪不會令人感到主菜下肚後太飽, 闊麪的質感爽甜並能與鮮茄、章魚三種鮮味同時感受到。甜品環節, 種類一般而且精美; 而且更加了不少聖誕才出現的Panettone, Stollen等聖誕麫包。我在甜品中取了的主要有兩碟, 其中包括, 西西里甜卷配無花果, Espresso Creme Brulee, 意大利咖啡純朱古力筒等。甜品大多都不太甜, 因此可以保留原材料的口味。唯一失分就是曲奇沒有太明顯的味道。而我感到從中甜品可看出其心上作出的改變, 就是意大利咖啡純朱古力筒本身是由一個小形的咖啡杯改為朱古力筒。最後的是要介紹主打飲品Billecart-Salmon Brut Reserve NV同餐廳提供的餐後飲品Latte, 香檳的口味很清新, 有很香的白提子味令其更容易入口。而Latte方面, 與其他Buffet上桌的方法不同, 待應會把Espresso在客人面前直接倒入已打泡的熱鮮奶內, 相對之下, Latte的咖啡同牛奶成份也較一般咖啡為高。

在環境上, 在Tosca向上望可看到Cafe 103, 則可以吃到朱古力下午茶的地方, 樓底高而裝修不錯, 只可惜的是香港的空氣質素每况愈下, 可以看到清晰海景的機會恐怕也愈來愈少。

總的來說, 這個Brunch可說是Ritz Carlton給星期日到Tosca 光顧的一份心意, 因為即使是平日散點的話, 加起來即使是午餐也可能要每人一仟蚊落樓了!

The service is good and polite, I ordered it from the openrice web. I feel that it hs strawberry but it is not old enough. It will be better if it is added more fruit. The taste is fresh and good wafer at the bottom. It is good on it is not very sweet, and it is also very creamy.

I have tried two dessert but the taste is not good, just fair. Both two of them chocolate is not enough rich, and the pudding is cold but not enough sweet and less milk taste.

The food is mainly in creative style, but the taste is fair. It is not sweet enough in mango, and the size is so small. It should be more improvement in food.

I have this dinner during 10:00pm and it is about to closed, the noodles is not good and not juicy, but the texture on the complete maindish is good. The texture on meat is easy to eat to me.

Although I am not enjoy 車仔麵 on this restaurant, but I enjoy it's 腸蛋芝士撈公仔麪。It is difficult to be finded. The noodles is delicious and it is match with cheese sauage and egg, good cheese and egg taste and the price is only 28 with soft drink.

This dessert restaurant is just only fair in 心太軟, it is hot and creamy chocolate. But it is bad in services and some insects in the restaurant. It need to be improved.

The afternoon tea is provided started on 3:00pm, but I wait there more than 40 minutes. The environment is very noisy and difficult to talk with others.We have order two types of tea, ginger and strawberry, the taste is rich and not be cooled easily. The sandwich are most of them delicious, the sets include samlon and ham, these has enough meat and the bread is not soft, it is delicious and good weight. Furthermore, the scone is rich in butter taste and sween enough for me. But the taste on jam is not good to compare with others.For the dessert, the quality is good for cheese cake, it is quite rich in cheese. But for others, the taste is not good and not sweet enough. Only the chocolate one is good in texture.

This time, I want to share my experience on dining on this Siu Mei restaurant, altohough it is taken away, and the quality is not quite good, the meat is not fat and sweet enough, but the price in $16 is very economic.
