主菜甜品超出色 環境舒服 地方偌大 - This restaurant in Kwun Tong is a second line from @jiegenge.hk which is a coffee shop originated from Taiwan. The taipei beef stew spaghetti is a bit spicy and is surprisingly good! The beef tastes nice and the sauce is perfectly fit with the spaghetti. The dessert is even better! The earl grey waffle with mochi surprised me! The tea flavour and the mochi inside the waffle goes well together. The texture of the oolong tea cake is mouthfilling and the taste of milk tea gelato is rich too. The Harbour view is so pretty and that will be so nice to enjoy a great meal with that. The food in this restaurant is good. The pizza size is quite big and there are full of pepperoni on the pizza. The thickness of the pizza is right on point and love that the edge of the pizza crust is crunchy. The meat ball is tasty too. The texture is nice and it comes with the tomato sauce. 希慎廣場黃店coffee shop 落地大玻璃 環境舒適 適合同朋友傾計又可以靜靜地自己睇書做嘢chill一日 - A coffee shop in Hysan Place open area at 9/F next to the big book store is so comfortable and I can just spend a whole day there on my own or with my friends. The food is quite nice. The portion of the Wasabi Crab Meat Salad is good for me and there are lots of toppings in the salad, for example the citrus, blueberries, dragon fruit, onions and tomatoes etc. The crab meat is fresh and mixed well with the wasabi. It is quite refreshing to have crab meat with wasabi and it creates some excitement indeed. The 3 crab sticks are slightly cooked and it tastes good too. 環境幾chill 必試香脆焦糖粟米!🏮 - The western and japanese fusion cuisine in soho district is quite overpriced. The food looks nice and taste not bad though. The crispy caramel butter corn is really the best dish among all and is the signature dish of the restaurant. The texture and the taste is nice! The quality of the japanese omelette is up-to-standard while the udon taste a bit too strong and too salty. The sauce of the udon is nice actually, but there is too few beef unfortunately. Ice cream sandwich is another must-try dish as the crispy texture surprised me with the mouth filling ice cream and raspberry sauce mixing well together. The cocktail with yuzu and gin goes well too. Overall, I find this restaurant is a bit overpriced. The atmosphere and the vibe is chill. 貝果麵包外另一力作 美味足料酥點 原隻鹹蛋黃 拉絲軟糯麻糬 - One of my favourite bakery shop in Hong Kong. Ly Bakery is always famous for their bagels while Chinese New Year is coming and they are selling the traditional chinese cake too. The chinese style puff pastry is crumbly. The taro cake used taro from Taiwan and the mochi inside is soft and chewy. The texture is so nice and the not-too-sweet flavour is right on point. Another pastry is the salted egg yolk with smashed red bean. The whole salted egg yolk is huge and the flavour is strong.
